"The room was listed as having a king and a queen bed, but there was only one bed. The property blamed hotels.com for having the wrong information in the list. They took care of this by giving us an additional room. However, a full month after my stay I was charged a second time for some unknown reason and the hotel does not answer their phone, return calls, nor reply to emails to resolve the issue."

"The hotel is beautiful. Checked in at 5:30pm and front desk in a rude manner told me to pick up my key at the restaurant… The following morning, we sat down for breakfast in the main dining room. One of the waitresses came up to us and asked that we sit in a completely different part of the restaurant by ourselves…Talk about discrimination. "Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"Die Ferienwohnung ist wie abgebildet. Leider konnte man die Sommerhitze auch nachts nicht rauslüften, da die Wohnung nur auf die nachmittags-Sonnenseite Fenster hat. Es war dauerhaft sehr heiß. Wir kamen an und wussten gar nicht, wo wir hinsollen und wie wir hineinkommen, da die Hälfte der Apartments in Privatbesitz ist und es keine richtigen Hinweise gab.
