Nette helle Wohnung, für uns ausreichend Platz 2 Personen 2 Hunde. Toller Ausblick feiner Garten, große Dachterrasse zum Sonnen. Spüli, Toi Papier und Gewürze sollte man mitbringen. 10 Minuten zum Meer, für Menschen mit Fussproblemen. Parkmöglichkeiten große Garage, Ford Transit passt so rein. Nebensaison ist vieles geschlossen.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aussicht ist sensationell, mehrere sehr schöne Gartenplätzchen zum verweilen. Mit dem Bus wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt gelangt man in viele hübsche Städtchen, wobei Noli absolut zu empfehlen ist. Wenige schritte entfernt gibt es einen Dorfladen, der alles wichtige im Angebot hat, inklusive Busbillete.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus Giorgia als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Region genutzt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, spektakuläre Landschaften, intakte Natur, schönes blaues Meer. Das Ferienhaus hat sehr viele Treppen und ist für kleine Kinder eher ungeeignet. Das Haus ist sehr hell und war sauber, die Betten sind bequem und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Vorteil - im Sommer kann das Auto in der Garage bleiben, es ist schwer einen Parkplatz zu bekommen, zum Strand sind ca. 300 Meter.

Traumhaft schön !
Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Aufenthalt ! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Dachterrasse mit einem einmaligen Ausblick direkt auf Strand und Meer - Sagenhaft !!! Ebenfalls der sehr schöne verwinkelte Garten mit Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Ein Grill war ebenfalls vorhanden , sodass einem gemütlicher Grillabend mit Meerblick nichts im Wege steht… Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Traumhafter Meerblick von der Dachterasse
Der Vorteil dieses Hauses lag für uns darin, dass wir kein Auto zum Strand brauchten. (In Ligurien immer recht schwierig einen Parkplatz am Strand zu finden) Badesachen, Tiefkühltasche und los geht´s, das war echt super. Die umliegenden Ortschaften, wie z.B. Savona oder Noli sind mit dem Auto in 15 bis 30 Minuten zu erreichen was ebenfalls ein Vorteil ist. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten gut und die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend. Einziger Nachteil es war sehr heiß und es gibt keine Klimaanlage.

Schönes Haus auf vielen Ebenen, Garten mit Olivenbäumen und Zitronenbaum, große Dachterrasse. Einrichtung ist schlicht und schön - ohne überflüssigen Kitschdeko, das hat mir gut gefallen. Herrlich hell. Sonnenaufgänge überm Meer.Betten sind bequem. Der Ort an sich ist mittel, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Oktober, kein Bahnhof Hat alles super geklappt, netter Vermieter.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und der großen Dachterrasse ist direkt auf das Meer. Für das Frühstück im freien ist nach hinten Platz im kleinen, aber sehr schönen Garten. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht , ist insgesamt ein bisschen klein. Das Bad ist ausreichend. Wir waren zu siebt und es war ausreichend geräumig alles.
