"This place was so great! My whole SD family came for Thanksgiving dinner. There were enough places for everyone to eat. There was plenty of beds for those that stayed, and the bedding/pillows were great! The hot tub with the view was amazing. The outside and inside pictures do not do this lovely cabin justice. Perfect place! Warm and cozy. LOTS of bald eagles! Would love to come in Spring time to canoe/kayak the river. I’m from the area but needed a place for my family and I to set up base....

"We enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays. The host had easy checkin process and welcomed us with goodies. The 4 bedrooms was a must for our family. And the sauna and hot tub made it that much more enjoyable. The toiletries were above and beyond! And the towels were the softest i have ever had at a rental. I appreciated the light up christmas tree and iCe melt for the driveway. Good location with a great lark across the street and fenced yard was a must! "

"Our party of 6 stayed for 4 nights over New Years. The house was fantastic: roomy, clean, great location and well stocked. Kristin was a wonderful host! Checkin was easy & convenient. I highly recommend! We hope to return again!!"

"The property was stunning. We were a little disappointed that was no river view from anywhere on the property. After all it is called the Riverview Cabin. We loved the atmosphere and the quiet setting of the property."

"We had extra family this Christmas so the VRBO about 6 blocks away in a lovely neighborhood was perfect. All went fine & we appreciated things like laundry detergent, coffee filters & smart TV set up with apps available. The property could use some repairs & upgrades, but so could our house!"

"Enjoyed the kitchen which was well equipped. Bed very comfortable. The attached garage made it a real pleasure to move in and out. Neighborhood nicely located next to all the Sioux Falls had to offer."

"We could not have had a more enjoyable weekend stay. The house was very spacious and user friendly! The Harry Potter room was awesome for the kiddos! And we really enjoyed all of the games! The house is exactly as pictured and if we are ever in the area again, with a group of 6 adults, we will definitely look at booking another stay! "
