"This was a really lovely house to stay for a week in Little Haven. It was very quiet, just a five minute walk into Little Haven which is a very sweet village. The house was easy to use, well equipped(butt need to bring bath and hand towels) and the heating was perfectly set so we didn’t not have to change the settings at all(mid to late October). The stairs were not a problem for any of us who were all in late 70s."

"Very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed, only thing we didn't find was a corkscrew ! Plenty of room, nice big kitchen.Only downside was the double bed which had an uncomfortable mattress, otherwise all perfect an uncomfortable mattressmamattress"

"What a wonderfully clever barn conversion! A twenty minute walk to Angle West beach and a mile and a half walk to Freshwater West beach. Our dogs loved the walks, as well, and all the local beaches dog friendly. The barn is well equipped for a family stay and if the weather does turn there are enough games and toys to keep the kids entertained for days, even the big ones! "No hot tub as advertised originally when booking. Other peoples dogs (5 off) allowed to enter the garden. .requiring constant dog poo clearing up. No walled garden as originally advertised when booking. 8 acres includes a 5 acre meadow not all garden. Gardens are full of weeds and largely unkept apart from mowing. Refund now required."

"Brilliant location right next to the beach. Very nicely presented rooms with lots of really helpful practical extras like dishwasher tablets, hand soap and refuse bags. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchenbeas well equipped . Great for a larger family. We've had a lovely family holiday "
