The apartment is on the 4th floor with lift on the parking side of the residence with south west balcony a few steps from the sand, the sea and the center! It has a separate bedroom. Private parking on the beach in the residence, All for 4 people, convertible sofa in living room. Your vacation in complete peace by walking to the beach, the sea and the city! Direct access to the beach by small gate and private path from the residence. Rental from Saturday to Saturday only

Sous le signe de l'économie!
Dommage, l'appartement est bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage et des commerces et bénéficie d'un parking sécurisé. Mais tout est pensé dans un souci d'économie: à notre arrivée...rien!!! pas de papier toilette, aucun produit d'entretien, pas le moindre fond d'épicerie etc... du jamais vu pour nous. Pensez à emmener torchons, éponges, liquide vaisselle, liquide vitres... car les propriétaires sont très exigeants sur le ménage! Enfin, à priori, car nous avons trouvé un logement sale, cuvette des WC, sol de la douche, lavabo et évier entartrés depuis bien longtemps. Côté équipement, du grand n'importe quoi! Batterie de cuisine limitée à sa plus simple expression (avec deux verres à vin dépareillés et même des verres de festival! mais, il faut l'avouer, quelques vieilles boites de glace "carte d'or" un peu sales), fours placés dans la penderie (il fallait oser!) - dommage si vous voulez faire cuire une dorade, vos vêtements vont avoir une odeur agréable-, pas d'éclairage sur la plaque de cuisson et surtout pas de hotte. Donc si vous voulez cuisiner, n'oubliez pas de désactiver l'alarme incendie (deux déclenchements intempestifs en ce qui nous concerne). Concernant la décoration, encore une fois très limitée, une cheville doit coûter trop cher car les quelques tableaux ne sont pas fixés. Cerise sur le gâteau, la télé posée au milieu du passage dans un équilibre précaire (mais c'est vrai, une fixation murale...c'est trop cher) Bref, à éviter.

Emplacement idéal tout près de la mer. Un seul jeu de clés inadmissible Équipement cuisine très limité. Pas d'éclairage pour le plan de travail, pas de hotte. Mobilier : étagères, certaines instables.

Studio idéal pour une semaine en bord de mer
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Studio très bien configuré, équipé et idéalement placé, juste à côté de la plage, dans un immeuble récent. Les couchages (lit et canapé-lit) sont de qualité. Rien à redire, un excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Appartement agréable, mais mal placé dans la cour de l'hôpital maritime avec vue sur les vieux bâtiments. Mauvaises informations dans l'annonce sur les équipements. Les équipements dans l'appartement pas assez pratiques ou absents (Emplacement de la TV dangeureux, manque porte manteau dans la salle de bain), séjour d'une semaine accéptable mais pas plus.

Appartement calme. Résidence bien située, proche de la mer, de la baie d'Authie et des commerces du centre ville. Equipement correct et fonctionnel.Qques petites erreurs concernant l'équipement : lave-linge mais, pas de lave-vaisselle, literie : une seule couette et une seule allèse pour les 2 couchages (mais, une petite couverture). L'ensemble restant très satisfaisant.😁

Résidence propre, calme, moderne avec parking privé bienvenu. Voisinage calme et agréable. Logement idéal pour 2, moderne avec belle salle de bains et très très bonne literie, plaques induction mais pas de four, petit frigo + petit congélateur. Equipement global très correct. Penser cependant à prévoir ses produits d'entretien. Pas de wifi. Proximité ville et plage très appréciée ! A recommander !
