"We left early because the pool was too warm. On the first day there, you could even say that the pool was hot because I thought it was heated at first. The listing says there are two pools so I thought maybe the non heated pool was elsewhere. It’s actually the one long pool and a jacuzzi seating as the second pool. We were told it was normal, that the sun heats up the pool. I didn’t believe it at first and thought it had to be a plumbing issue since the water was so warm even in the evening...

"It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort. The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

"Love this place!!! Staying in villa across the road but I ran out of electricity. My fault. Not the time to explain. But did need to book a Villa so I could charge my phone. Had a shower there too. Lovely space. Will tell my friends. Either way, lovely reception, loved the place. Didn’t see the pool because I’m in my villa pool now - with power and lights. Amazing. Thank you 5 ⭐️"

"We stayed for 11-nights and overall we had a great time. On the first day we had issues with the rain shower (it was only trickling water, the rest of the water holes were blocked) and we communicated it to the staff. Not sure if they fixed it while we were out, but it did improve. The space is perfect for us (two people) and the bed is super comfy. There are a lot of insects in the night (moths, small flies, etc) but the property provides an electric standing zapper thing so it was not so...
