The Old Fort Estate comes with two separate properties which can easily be combined or kept separate and private.

The Old Fort
The large renovated buildings have been completely rebuilt, using the same stone once part of the original property & forming the centre of an incredible 28-acre estate. The property was constructed with cobblestones and wood beams in the classic French-Mediterranean mansion-house style.

Five uniquely styled suites comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Within the main building lies a large banquet-style kitchen with a magnificent dining room area that turns into a magical setting at night. It includes a lounge with a fireplace and large screen TV with a soundbar.

Enjoy a home-style BBQ using the charcoal grill while surrounded by the Estate's stunning views and lush surroundings. Fibre optic cable ensures that the wifi is quick and reliable, making it easy for guests to stream their favourite shows, work remotely, or stay connected with friends and family.

The Sugar House
Sugar Mill House is a true gem in the heart of the Estate, providing guests with a unique blend of comfort, style, and history. So whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the Estate's rich history, Sugar Mill House is the perfect place to call home during your stay. Guests can totally relax in the two spacious, beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each featuring a king-sized four-poster bed and accommodating 4 guests. The bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, with sitting areas, hardwood vanities, and stunning marble and glass sinks. The en-suite bathrooms have generous pebble showers, including a unique circular open-air design in one bedroom, offering a spa-like atmosphere while maintaining complete privacy.

Power Boat
We encourage you to travel like a rock star on our 40 foot powerboat, which is the largest available. Snorkel with turtles at the idyllic paradise of the Tobago Cays, drink a Pina Colada with a celeb on Mustique, or have a lobster lunch at a deserted white sand beach on Isle a Quatre.

Additional Guests
This package allows you to accommodate 16 persons comfortably with there being an additional charge of 85 US$ nightly for each additional guest (45 US$ for kids depending on age).

Pool
As the property is extremely large and spacious, the pool which is large and tucked further away from the main buildings of the property, is also very private.
