"The hotel is unfortunately a bit tired looking, but still quite clean and pretty comfortable. There's also an onsen which is nice to use. "We stayed here for a night in a private room. The area is very well located - this was the biggest advantage. Amenities are limited compared to other hotels that I've stayed in..e.g. slippers cost extra, only 1 towel complimentary per person per stay, etc. But overall, I had picked it for the convenience, and that goal was achieved. Will recommend for very short stays!"

"The manager who runs it was particularly accommodating and helpful very late in the night when many of us arrived after a Rugby World Cup game. I changed to this accommodation for this reason actually as the other option was unable to take late check ins. Very grateful."
