"We had a very pleasant stay in this centrally located hotel, which still offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The onsen and sauna facilities were also very enjoyable and added to the relaxing experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beppu."

"We stayed in the Sakura room, it was absolutely amazing! We arrived before check in and the staff kindly took our bags and held them for a few hours while we explored the surrounding area (it is right next to the hells of Beppu). The room was very clean and spacious with a private indoor and outdoor onsen as well as a beautiful garden with its own cherry blossom tree. The hotel provides you with everything you need for a relaxing onsen experience! Would definitely stay here again. "

The staff spoke excellent English which made check in and asking for help easy. The hotel is located right by the train station and there is ample car parking if you are renting a car. "What a relaxing stay! If you have a big tattoo that can’t be covered up, you cannot use the guest onsen. You can reserve a private onsen instead — request it when you check in. The yukata were comfortable and you can select the appropriate size for you. They also had face wash and face lotion in the room which was a nice surprise. The traditional breakfast and dinner were great: healthy and delicious. I wish we had stayed longer! "
