"This is a pretty good place to stay short-term. I’m not sure about the level of cleaning in the bathroom—there was a urine stain from a previous tenant…But I liked how quiet the room was. There was only one pillow and it wasn’t particularly comfortable, so I did struggle to sleep a bit. The location is great. **Pay attention to the signage when you arrive. "Everything was amazing except the front desk staff responsible for checking people in. In English and Korean, she had an attitude that I have rarely experienced from a Korean hotel staff. Seems like she may need a break. Might be worthwhile to reassess her total hours to ensure the employee can welcome guests with a warm smile and attitude. Other areas were great. My experience at the restaurant during breakfast was amazing - wonderful kitchen and table staff. Rooms were wonderful as well"

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."
