If you're looking for the perfect spot to be your home-base while you explore the trails of OZ, Downtown Bentonville and and all of Northwest Arkansas, then the Emerald Bungalow on Central Avenue is your place! We have one of the best locations you'll find and are right in the heart of all the action. We are a 5 minute walk to The Slaughter Pen trail, a three minute walk to the Bentonville square, an 10 minute walk to The Momentary Museum and just a 15 minute walk to Crystal Bridges.

Please note that Bentonville is a growing community and at time there will be construction and construction noise in the area .

Great location downtown with a short bike ride to restaurants or the All American trial head. The house was great with plenty of space for our two families. It is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful place in a great location
We came out to pennyville for my nephew's wedding and after looking around a bit we landed on emerald cottage. I'm so glad we did. It was beautifully furnished, clean and the beds are oh so comfortable, the location is excellent. You can easily walk to town as well as my brother's house which is just off the square. I would love to stay there again!

This home provided a great holiday weekend for our family! First time in Bentonville visiting our daughter, our adult children came from Kansas and Texas. The location was perfect! Girls Trip Celebrating a Friend's 60th
Emerald Bungalow was everything and then some! Property was so clean and we enjoyed the quiet location. Close to the square so could walk and enjoy. We also enjoyed spending the evenings sitting out listening to music. Beds were so comfy and the whole home is decorated so beautifully. The Best!

Fantastic stay in Bentonville
We came to Bentonville to take advantage of the amazing mountain biking. The Emerald Bungalow did not disappoint! The house was extremely clean, and kitchen was well equipped to cook for our family of 4. The location was minutes away from the entrance to the Slaughter Pen trail system and Crystal Bridges Museum. Beautiful, comfortable house - we’ll definitely stay here again.

Amazing property. Easy walk to downtown. On the main bike trail. Super clean. Fantastic decorating in a really comfy home. There’s no way you can not love this place. Also even has indoor bike storage.

Absolutely loved this house. The beds, linens were so soft comfortable and laundry smelled so clean
We were there for college graduation in Fayetteville. Great location lots of room and really enjoyed the kitchen and patio. We had car trouble while there and the owners went out of their way to help us. This is a real gem. Would love to rent it again ! Thank you for a great college graduation weekend

This place is amazing! We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my sister getting married!! Check in was easy, required clean up was stated clearly, and the kitchen had everything needed. But oh my goodness- THE BEDS! Hands down comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. 10/10

Beautifully decorated and conveniently located
We absolutely loved this property from the moment we walked in. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with lovely details. The beds were cozy and comfortable with nice sheets and duvets in all bedrooms. The bathrooms were gorgeous- especially the master- and well supplied. The kitchen was well equipped with a great coffee bar setup. We loved the living area and spent a cozy rainy afternoon there reading with the comfortable sofa and chairs and fun fireplace. Though it rained most of our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy it- the patio looks amazing and our kids loved the swings! Best of all this house is conveniently located- walking distance downtown and biking to everywhere else. When it wasn’t raining we walked to get breakfast (Onyx Coffee Lab), shop (highly recommend Once Upon a Book and the dog treat bakery) and eat dinner (Table Mesa). We did drive to Crystal Bridges and for breakfast at the Buttered Biscuit though you could bike in better weather. Thanks so much for sharing this property with us!

This house is amazing for many reasons. It's extremely clean and spacious. It's within walking/biking distance to downtown and trails. The owners provide a SECURE garage to store bikes! The home is renovated, modern and honestly so cute and inviting. FREE coffee beans and K-cups are provided! Who does that?! The owners of this home obviously care about the quality of your stay. Do not hesitate to book this one!
