Great Location!
The location is incredible, within easy walking distance of the square, the Meteor, the Momentary, and more. The fenced back yard is a nice addition. Our bed was comfortable though a slanted ceiling was right above our heads so we had to be cautious when getting in or out of bed. We hit our heads several times. Also, the interior is showing some wear and there were several light bulbs out or missing, including in the dark stairway. A very convenient location, though.

Great landing place for Bentonville exploring
We stayed here for a long weekend and enjoyed the property and it's location. Easily walked to the Main square, restaurants and shops, and was a short drive to Crystal Bridges. The house was very clean, charming, and had all the amenities we needed. The couch is amazing for an afternoon nap! Check in and out was easy, and the owner available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Stay
We really enjoyed the cozy feeling of this house during our unusually cold/rainy trip. The location is spectacular! This is a great place to stay for a couple and a little dog.

Perfect location
This is a great property for two people. More than that could be a challenge but doable. Bentonville is on our short list of retirement spots and we were sure we wanted to be in the Historic District...this stay proved us right. Walk to the square, walk to the Monetary, one block from hooking up to the miles of bike trails, close to Crystal Bridges...everything is near by. Highly recommended for location and overall condition of the property.

Clean comfortable and convenient
We stayed at the little Red Roof home for a long weekend getaway in October 2023. The location is fabulous, the home is clean and comfortable and very well laid out. The kitchen is very well equipped and the rear patio seating area was a wonderful bonus for relaxing. The home is close to everything we wanted to do including museums, restaurants TA and bike trails. Perfect for up to four people.

This property is perfect for easy, walkable access to downtown and its' network trails. The house is small and oddly configured, but it works well as a base for an urban stay. The fenced corner lot is great for pets! Like many rental properties, it is 'decorated' with way too much extraneous 'stuff', much of it tacky. The size and layout make it impossible to eat anywhere but in front of the TV. Good for couples, but with a couple of kids it might be awkward. The only negatives: the overwhelming smell of cleaner (the kind that you spray on upholstered furniture for a 'clean' smell) which took a couple of days to dissipate; and the low ceilings with bump outs in the two upstairs bedrooms making it VERY easy to whack your head. While my husband and I are seniors and would rent it again, I think this rental is best geared to younger couples who will be unfazed by the upstairs bedroom hurdles. Pleased with this rental but it took a bit of getting used to.

Perfect location!
My boyfriend and I only live an hour away, and we enjoy biking in Bentonville. With this pet-friendly listing, we were able to bring our dog for a couple nights. Just as advertised, the property is a block away from our favorite place: Meteor. We walked to the square for dinner and drinks (no need to Uber) and started our ride from the front yard. There is a fenced in backyard perfect for your dog, and the host even provided an XL crate, so we didn't have to lug our own! The house is quaint and very clean with a personal driveway and cute little swing on the front tree. We would recommend this option to any couple or small family interested in exploring downtown Bentonville or to those wanting to hit the trails!

Great little house in a great location!
I loved my stay here. I needed a place to relax and also bring my dogs (2 Frenchies). They loved the big backyard and it was so nice for me to know they had a secure outdoor space to play. The kitchen was nice and had a coffee pot with grounds ready to go. All of the living/sleeping spaces were clean and comfortable. Location was so nice - easy walk to the square. Highly recommend.

Cute cottage, close to town
We really enjoyed our recent trip to Bentonville. The cottage is quaint and cozy but has everything you need. My son loved the bedroom with the twin beds on the floor. The backyard is fenced and private. The walk to town is just minutes and there was a coffee shop, restaurant about a 2 minute walk away too. The owner provides a dog crate for your pet to hang while you are out exploring. There are some very fancy houses on the street. We enjoyed seeing all the renovations and new houses being built. Thanks so much Julia! It’s a charming place!
