Kitchenette (full-size fridge, 4-burner cooktop, microwave), bathroom and a queen size Leesa Bed , futon for up to 3 guests. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Security cameras onsite. Easy access to I-49 and 2.4 miles to downtown and trail system. Walmart is 6 minutes away. Covered deck or locked shed for securing bikes. No pets allowed. ( Exception for service animals) . Please NO BIKES IN ROOM.

Great stay

Very clean, nice, and close to town without being in the middle of it. Very nice, courteous hosts. Called to welcome me before my arrival and met me upon arrival. Room was very clean and nice. I will absolutely return.

Fayetteville Trip
Stayed here for Family weekend at Arkansas University. Excellent place to stay, quiet, clean and right off the highway. Mark went above and beyond with communication, snacks and local suggestions. All much appreciated!! Hope to stay here again in the future and highly recommend.

Loved staying here, very comfortable and perfect for our needs! The bed is very comfortable and this cute studio has everything you could need. We will stay here again when we are back in the area.

Crystal Bridges
Mark and Wilma’s guest suite is lovely. It was private, super clean, in a lovely neighborhood and a very quick drive to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges. I highly recommend their guest suite.

Weekend away
This awesome MIL suite was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This place was close to downtown and the neighborhood was very quiet. Mark and his wife made every attempt to make sure we felt welcomed and were also very helpful in making plans around the town.

Perfect getaway!
We had such a great stay! The location was perfect! Easy access to everything we wanted to do! It was a beautiful, clean, cozy place for my daughter and me to stay. The communication was wonderful! Mark was a great host and so helpful. The pool was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return at some point!

Quick Trip to Bentonville
My husband and I made a quick trip to Bentonville for one night / day and had a great time. The host was wonderful and recommended several places to eat and preferences for outdoor lighting and other details. Quiet, convenient location. Clean and comfortable accommodations. I personally appreciated the teas available after a long day of riding. Will definitely stay here again.

Osa's Haven
This is such a sweet little cozy place with plenty of privacy. If you like cooking your meals when traveling light meals can be prepared. The owner is onsite if you have questions or problems but we had no problems. Mark was very caring and considerate of our needs. I highly recommend this place if you want to feel comfortable, safe and right at home.

Great Location for Visiting Bentonville Area
Wilma and Mark are gracious hosts, concerned about your comfort. The property is minutes from downtown, the museums and I-49. The studio is stocked with all the amenities you need. It’s attached to the house (previously a mother-in-law’s space) but you have your own private entrance. We were totally comfortable and pleased with our stay here.

Cozy room located in a safe neighborhood with lovely hosts!
This property was located in a lovely neighborhood. It was very safe, and we had no issues. The hosts were very sweet people and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable during our stay, which was very appreciated and made us feel welcome during our trip. The room was located about 10-15 maximum to the places we wanted to visit and great restaurants in Bentonville and Rogers. We highly recommend staying here!

Perfect Riding Base
Visited the Bentonville/Rogers/Bella Vista area for their great mountain biking. This was a great spot - friendly and knowledgeable hosts, room for my bikes (and safe), clean, etc. Local trail and restaurant info and snacks as well! Looking forward to another getaway already.

This is an easy access location in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and helpful. Take his recommendations on where to eat! The studio apartment we stayed in was so nice! It was just perfect for us. We never got to meet his wife but I’m sure she helped decorate it and it was very pretty. Easy Peasy
This was a great location for us to come and go while visiting with Bentonville family over Thanksgiving! Mark was so attentive and ready to assist with any needs that came up, but all our needs were already met! Great to have chilled bottled water and a basket of snacks along with coffee for that early morning boost of caffeine!

Excellent all around
This was the perfect little place for me and my girlfriend to stay for a few nights. It was pretty small but that was no issue for either of us as that was expected. They had basically everything that one could possibly need already in the room inside of drawers, cabinets, etc. They were very friendly hosts who made great recommendations on activities and restaurants.

I’m so pleased with my stay! It was so cozy, had anything I might have needed and more, i.e. full kitchen, waters, snacks, tea, ice cream and toiletries. The bed is very comfortable, as stated in previous reviews, which was important to me when choosing a place to stay. Wilma and Mark were delightful. They provided details on where to park, eat, must see parks and events. The location is so convenient and safe. Although I wanted to keep this gem a secret, I highly recommend and hope to visit again very soon.

Bentonville get away
Our hosts we GREAT! They are very attentive and so very willing to help. They water and snacks were welcomed. Their recommendations for restaurants and things to do were very valuable. We enjoyed just visiting and getting to know them, too. They are really good people! They even shared some of the produce from their garden, so kind! The location is great and very close to things to do. I highly recommend this property.

Cozy cottage
This is a small room and mini kitchen and bath at the back of a house with a very nice porch and backyard garden . Easy access to major roads and short drive to a great pool. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet place. The owners left coffee, water, ice cream, snack treats for us which was nice for the pool. They provided information and seemed to always be around if we would have had a need or problem. Very clean and comfortable. I recommend this cozy place
