This condominium has its own private fenced-in green space with an additional community dog park and party pavilion.

Location is near major bike trails, shopping, restaurants and downtown amenities. In pristine, like new condition the primary bedroom and bath are on the main floor with ample natural light throughout.

Kitchen includes custom, handmade, oak with contrasting light and dark stained cabinets, engineered, hickory flooring, 3cm quartz countertops with, built-in fridge with separate wine fridge. Tile showers are a great size, with quartz counter tops complete the beautifully designed bath areas.

A half bath for guests off of the kitchen/living space.

Garage has electric car outlet. Extra parking is available for guests.

Lovely, convenient condo
This property is awesome. Clean, well appointed and convenient to everything In Bentonville. The owners are great as well. They promptly answered and attended to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!
