In town for son-in-law birthday party.
This place was perfect for our trip. It was clean, cozy and very peaceful. Everything we wanted to do was not far away. Tiffany was also awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great house, great owner, great location
Our family really enjoyed our first trip to Bentonville. The house worked great for our family, great location for mountain biking. The two car garage was very handy for vehicle and bike storage. Can’t say enough fabulous things about Tiffany , she was an excellent host and went out of her way for us, Would recommend this house! Thank you, Tiffany!!

Long weekend in Bentonville
This home was everything it claimed and more. We had everything we needed from paper towels and soap to cooking utensils and laundry supplies. It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a small yard for the kids and very well behaved small dog to run around. Just a short drive to Crystal Bridges and The Amazeum. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is as advertised and then some. Clean and well supplied- we needed nothing. Tiffany was an awesome host. Our family of six enjoyed this space and would recommend to others when in the Bentonville/Rogers area!

Granddaughter’s Wedding
We had 6 adults, 1 teen, and 1 well behaved dog that we brought a kennel. We stayed 2 nights to attend my granddaughter’s wedding at The Barn at the Springs. It was a perfect place to stay, close to the wedding venue. Our host was wonderful! Easy to contact. We had NO issues! It’s plenty of room, exceptionally clean, a beautiful court yard, a quiet neighborhood and easy access from a main road. I give it an excellent rating and.recommend it highly.

Bike Trip
The location was perfect. We were within 10 minutes of Slaughter Pen, Coler, Handcut Hollow, and the downtown area! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever had in a trip. They had all the things we needed in the kitchen. Check in and out was easy and straightforward. The neighborhood was so quiet! We will definitely make this our go to place to stay when we're visiting Bentonville!

Perfect Small Home
Our family of 4 (2 parents, 2 older teens) had a great stay in this small home. We were in the area for 3 nights. It was immaculately clean, but be aware there are limited bathroom amenities (no shampoo, soap, lotion, etc). Kitchen was sufficiently stocked that we ate a couple simple meals there. It was very private with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We had immediate communication with the owner when our given door keycode initially didn't work. Would definitely stay again.
