A short trip to downtown St. Joseph, across the street (a 10 minute walk) from Jean Klock Park / Beach. Great house
We definitely would stay in this house again. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels, bedding and blankets. The Roku TVs were nice as well as the keyless entry. The location is perfect….the river, the beach, downtown St. Joe…so convenient. I highly recommend.

Our favorite mini getaway spot!
We love staying at this home! They have everything you need for a mini getaway and it feels like our home away from home! Always clean, always comfortable and it's the perfect location for all the things you want to do in St. Joe. Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Family Golf Weekend
Our family of 10 stayed in this amazing home for the KitchenAid Sr PGA golf Championship weekend. The location was perfect and the layout of the home was just what we needed. Our host, Andrew was excellent! He always answered my questions promptly and provided clear, detailed information. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful property! Convenient!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to and from the beach, which was the reason for our stay. They have a lot of things for the renters to use for a beach trip which made it all so convenient and we didn't have to worry about packing all the beach gear! It was an easy process from start to finish. I highly recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to make it an annual trip!

Spacious and clean house stocked with coffee, toiletries, games, cleaning supplies and plenty of linens! The host answered all of my my questions so I was prepared for my stay. My group of 6 had plenty of room. Downtown St. Joe was a 5 minute drive! Would definitely book again if I find myself in the area in the future!

Nice Getaway
This was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The kitcen was well stocked and everything we used was in excellent condition. The property owner was very hospitable and was accessible prior to arrival and thru our stay. It would be helpful in the listing that there is a 2 car maximum in the private driveway and there is an extended lot close for overflow parking. They were very responsive in helping us work thru our situation

Let me start with the positives. - The property is very nice and is in a good location. - The property is very clean and well maintained. - Although we did not need it, the house comfortably sleeps the number of people they list. - The house is very well equipped and had anything that we would have needed if there longer. Negatives: - Clearly the HOA mortally despises the fact that they have VRBO units in the neighborhood. The contract for this property was the largest I have ever signed. It should have been a warning sign, but being positive did not give it a lot of thought. - MAKE SURE you carefully read the parking details. The property has VERY limited parking. One of our vehicles was towed even though we registered it. When we picked up the car at the tow lot, we were advised that the same HOA lady calls every Saturday and Sunday to get everyone towed. When we got back and realized where the approved overflow parking is, it is not in a very secure area. None of us were comfortable leaving our cars in that area. Again...The property is very nice, but if you are going to have a lot of cars it is a horrible option.

What a great place!
My husband and I got married in Benton Harbor yesterday. I chose this house as the location for my bridal party and I to get ready. What a clean, bright, beautiful home! Perfect for my girls and I to stay at the night before, and to have our hair and makeup done on the day of the wedding. Highly recommended!

Excellent Lake House
There are some big things and little things that make this property excellent. The location is close to public beach (Jean Klock Park) is within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and well kept, with a playground and grills, etc. The house sits facing a golf course which would be great for golfers. It's also a short distance from downtown St. Joseph's. The house was clean and just as pictured. And was probably one of the most well stocked houses I've stayed in. Little things like spices, feminine products, plenty of towels (beach and bath) and blankets. There were also plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags/ paper towels. This may seem minor but really helps a guest to feel at home and helps with not having to overbuy at the store. The house was also well stocked with board games, multiple bikes and even a kayak. There were beach chairs and a beach cart. We didn't need to have much communication with the owners/managers but it was clear on how to communicate with them. Check in and out was easy! Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Getaway
This house was beautiful, clean, and perfectly met our needs. We traveled with four families (two couples plus two families with one toddler each) and we had plenty of room for the kids to play around both inside and at the nearby beach. It was easily accessible to downtown Saint Jo and even had beach toys and a wagon.10/10 recommend and would book again.
