Beautiful solar powered home for couples who enjoy wine tasting and hosting friends. Yelp shows there are 40 wineries, tasting rooms or vinyard within a ten mile radius of this property. Enjoy a 360 degree stunning view which includes Rattlesnake Mountain, the orchards and vineyards of Benton City, WA, plus the orchards and vineyards of Red Mountain. Interesting wine note: Red Mountain has it's own AVA. Entertain friends on the patio while relaxing in comfortable outdoor chairs. Soak in the beautiful sunsets. Enjoy cooking in a well-stocked kitchen with large spice collection or outside on the BBQ. Kitchen has a conventional oven and stove top as well as a microwave and air-fryer.

Listen to the soothing sound from small pond near the window. Take a stroll and enjoy the desert style landscape viewing sage brush and native plants. Sip your favorite Washington wine on the patio with fantastic view or in front of the wood stove on a cold winter night. Hot tub near the patio is available for guests to relax and enjoy the view.

Wonderful place to stay
This is a great home with that was so comfortable to stay to spend away in. It was the best stocked home I've stayed in. Everything you need in the kitchen and more was available to use which really made it a home away from home.

Work Trip
This house was the perfect spot for a two week work trip. The owner was extremely informative and communicative throughout the entire process of booking and making sure we had everything we needed. The property is well equipped with cooking utensils and an entire cabinet has spices and other cooking basics. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful oasis!

This house is absolutely perfect for three couples. It is modern, sparkling clean, and has amenities and conveniences to make you feel at home. The house is conveniently located near many wineries and a short drive from the larger city of Richland. I would definitely stay here again!

Jim is an excellent host with an immaculate property. Beautiful views right in the center of some of Washington's best wine country. My family and I thoroughly enjoy staying in this home!

Excellent property, host is A+++
Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Clean well maintained place conveniently located
He a friends road trip to the tri cities for wine tasting. weekend. Home is located close to freeway and has a nice view. Well equipped kitchen, nice view from backyard and a grill is available. Host was gracious and provided ev charger which made our stay and charging super convenient. Overall great stay and highly recommend

Wine & Golf Getaway
Another great stay at this home. Jim is an amazing host and is so eager to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is always spotless and freshly cleaned. The kitchen is great to cook in and if you forgot a spice he may have it in his supply. Red Mountain wineries are within 10 minutes and golf is about 15. We will look forward to our next stay.

The expected gem
This property was very nice. Just what our family needed after a long day. The beds are very comfortable. TVs in all rooms as well as living room. James the owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. He also left a bottle of wine that was greatly appreciated.

Best host ever!
The communication was excellent; very clear instructions for entry, check-in and -out, all the workings of the home. There was a carousel with brochures for all kinds of local attractions. The house is lovely and was absolutely immaculate. We loved the patio area with nice seating with a beautiful view. All this and a complementary bottle of wine from a local winery! Thanks, Jim!

FABULOUS!
Jim is an EXCELLENT host, very thoughtful and accommodating. He made sure we could reach out to him with anything we needed to enjoy our stay. However, there was nothing to need, he has all bases covered! Our daughter is in a wheelchair, so this home was perfect being one level. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels. Bbq and hot tub clean and in perfect working order. He even has a brochure rack for things to do, places to go and eateries. Love it! Plenty to keep yourself busy out and about or just chill here with the BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Also love his nice tidy landscape. Great location, other homes far enough away for privacy. If you have small kids, visit the Gesa Carousel! 🎠 Highly recommend this vacation home!

Wine tasting trip
This property was very clean and well maintained. Everything was excellent and matched the online description. The owner was very responsive to questions and left detailed instructions in the house for instructions on how to operate the tv, door locks, laundry, etc. The house had everything we needed and we will definitely come back.
