Great stay
Friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast, great bed, shower, silence, room temperature and cleaness. Garage was safe and flexible for self parking but with limited space for larger vehicles.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, equipe incrível, me deram todo o apoio e suporte. Eu viajo com minha cachorrinha Pug de 15 anos, a Maria. É um desafio encontrar locais que nos recebam e nos acolham. A equipe do hotel realmente recebe toda a minha gratidão e reconhecimento. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma vista incrível e cama muito confortável. O café da manhã também muito completo e bem servido. Minhas sugestões de melhorias: na academia, os equipamentos precisam de manutenção e modernidade. Percebi que muitos hóspedes utilizam e acho que vale a pena investir nisso. O hotel possui sauna (que não utilizei) e tb jacuzzis, muito quentinhas. Foram meu momento de leitura no fim de tarde, após os passeios na vinícolas. Eu recomendo e se tiver outra oportunidade, volto !

Decepcionante!
O hotel é muito bem localizado com boa estrutura física. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, mas a cama é maior que os lençóis e estes saem o tempo todo da cama. O banheiro até tem um tamanho razoável com bom chuveiro, mas o box tem uma caída de água horrível pois a água não vai para o ralo e fica toda no box tornando o mesmo lodento e escorregadio e por 2 vezes quase caí dentro do box e como fiquei vários dias solicitei à camareira que desse uma esfregada com a vassoura ou me trouxesse um rodo para que eu pudesse puxar a água toda vez que usasse o chuveiro. Ela deixou o rodo dentro do box e todas as vezes que tomávamos banho eu e meu marido puxávamos a água na direção do ralo. Para completar as pessoas estacionam o carro na rua que não tem uma marcação para estacionamento e quando o funcionário buscou nosso carro no estacionamento do hotel e estava entrando na frente do hotel, um carro que estava estacionado saiu ao mesmo tempo e bateu no nosso carro. Do dia 04 para o dia 05/12, apesar de estar com a placa para limpar o quarto, quando retornamos em torno das 17h30 o quarto não havia sido arrumado e a placa estava na porta do mesmo jeito que deixamos quando saímos e o quarto não foi arrumado. Liguei para a recepção e tive um pedido de desculpa, porém não havia mais camareira e eu mesma arrumei o quarto. O único elogio que posso fazer é para o pessoal da recepção que eram educados e me pediram muitas desculpas pelos erros ocorridos. Não recomendo e não me hospedarei de novo.
