"Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

The bad new is that a large dog is 75 meters away and he literally barks all night long. Don't know how he can manage it ! I needed ear plugs and white noise music to sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ferragudo. The property, in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood, was just what we were looking for and within 5 minutes' walk of the centre of Ferragudo via narrow, cobbled ruas , most barely a cars-width wide, and steep flights of steps. There there is a pocket-sized "supermarket" with all essential supplies, including fresh meat and vegetables and some superb wines. A city-sized supermarket is 30 minutes' away. "Burgau is a great family holiday destination with a gorgeous beach and lots of restaurants cafes etc. The lower appartment was super clean and a nice size with air conditioning which worked well. It was a quick easy walk to the beach but quiet at night- maybe thanks to the shutters on the windows. The roof terrace was brilliant- lovely big space which was shared with my parents who stayed in the appartment above us.. we may not have enjoyed sharing with people we didn’t know.
