"Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better. The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it. We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. We spoke to the 2 girls working there, which was very unproffesional eating chips and handling our phones without any sanitation etc, we showed them proof of payment,...

"Overnight stay before safari - we arrived in the dark after a flight delay and had to leave early so unable to enjoy most of the facilities - but the room was clean, great facilities, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff (the receptionist even walked me to the nearest restaurant). Great breakfast. Situated just inside gated estate with high security. Only comment on room is the toilet is inside a frosted glass shower enclosure in the room."
