From the balcony located on the 3rd floor of this nice studio, renovated and functional, you will have a superb view on the bay of Bénodet.
You will be quiet while being in the strategic center of the resort and facing the main beach.
Within 50 m: Thalasso - Casino - Cinema - Glacier - Restaurants - Swimming pool -
You can easily park your car on a private spot at the bottom of the studio.
TGV station and airport 15 minutes Bus stop 50 m.
Leisure activities: seaside - fishing and sailing port - Golf - Glénan archipelago - sailing schools - diving school - folklore activities - fishing - sea fishing - island tours by speedboat
           If you like to cook, you can simmer small dishes on the 3-ring induction hob or simply heat up a quick meal in the microwave. The crockery is very complete (coffee maker -crockery and cutlery -Microwave oven -Refrigerator -Kettle toaster etc ...)

Kleines, gut eingerichtetes Studio in einer grossen Überbauung. Haus und Aussicht nicht besonders schön, trotz Blick in Richtung Meer. Aber die Lage ist hervorragend zum baden, für Ausflüge und zum flanieren abends. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist sehr zuverlässig und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Super location, à ne pas laisser passer.
Studio avec une vue, de coté sur la mer, tout le confort, tout était prévu (draps, serviettes de bains/toilette, papier WC, torchon, et tout le nécessaire de cuisine ETC... rien à dire pour la literie, propriétaire sympathique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement.
