Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Bénodet, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 55 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you !

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A very luminous 20m2 living room with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- Room 1 : a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 : a double bed (140x190) + a single bed on the mezzanine
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5m², facing west, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and calm environment, near the beach. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort". 17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port. Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.

Room with a view
The position and views from this property are outstanding. The bedroom only just took a double bed with little room around the edges but it was ideal for a few days break.Right on the river with a free carpark underneath the property. The balcony is stunning but would benefit from a good clean i.e. removing the green algae from the railings and tables would make it much more agreeable.The shower and taps can run boiling which is a hazard, the shower in particular should be a thermostatic valve mixer to prevent scalding.We really enjoyed our few days fantastic pizza house a few metres away and a lovely bakery and patisserie. Thank you.
