Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by stairs, the 54m² flat can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. It is arranged as follows:
Day area
- A bright living room of 18m², facing south, including a comfortable TV lounge area and a convivial dining table for 4 people.
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine...
From the kitchen, you will have the chance to observe the sea.
Night area
- Two double bedrooms of 10m²: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed
- A shower room with washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine
- Separate WC
Outside
The condominium has a 300m² enclosed communal garden, with a picnic table and washing lines.
There is a numbered private parking space. A bicycle room within the condominium can be made available if necessary.

Ideally located, in a very quiet area, 250m from the beach, close to the cinema, the Thalasso, the press, the casino, the ice cream parlour, the coffee shop, the restaurants and the bike rental...
You will also find all the shops (bakery, butcher's shop, mini-market), boutiques, bars, market... (1 km, 1.5 km)
Activities
Cycle tracks and coastal paths 250m from the flat, possibility to rent bikes, harbour 900m away for sea trips (Glénans island) and other activities at the nautical centre. Numerous outdoor activities in the vicinity of the village (karting, tree climbing, swimming pool...), visits to museums, manor houses, botanical gardens...
Several festivals take place in the surroundings (Fouesnant, Quimper, Douarnenez) and during the summer, concerts, brass bands, fest noz and open air street arts are organised in Bénodet.
Transport
Bus line at 250m, boats at 1km towards the various neighbouring towns.
Nearest airport and train station: Quimper, about 20 km away.

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Linen is optional and must be ordered from the manager before your arrival.
- Please note that this flat is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, and may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
