"First and foremost we had a fabulous family holiday in Beekbergen and the property is in a lovely setting. There were,however, some annoying issues with the property and we found the property description not to be wholly accurate. 1. There were no towels of any kind provided despite the property description saying they were - we managed to get some bath towels from the site office but had to buy hand towels / tea towels. 2. "Het huis is op zichzelf mooi, ruim en met veel servies en keukenspullen maar op een aantal punten niet goed onderhouden. "A beautiful location near a lovely town. A great base for out stay, just wish we'd had more time to just rest and enjoy the surroundings! The only reason it didn't get 5 starts all round is it was difficult to get hold of anyone to answer questions on the days when reception wasn't manned (which wasn't often)!"

"Perfect getaway , staff were very helpful and friendly. If there was a comfy sofa and comfortable outdoor seating it would be 5* all day long. We really did enjoy our selfs. We will definitely return."

"Sometimes a hotel exceeds expectation. I was staying one night as part of a business trip. To find the hotel in a wood was a pleasant surprise. The Staff are great, Te Rooms very comfortable and the restaurant offers excellent meals at good value. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the hotel and its grounds. Next time "

"We are always disappointed when there are no rooms available in this hotel: it is our favourite location when we stay in Apeldoorn. Even when you stay for one night only without using additional services, the staff is super friendly and supportive. "

"Good clean hotel right next to the train station but don't let put you off the train station is one of the best in Netherlands Which is always clean and tidy just like the Mercure.Breakfast is very Good with hot bacon and eggs fruits and very good pastry,s it's in a very good location for the centre which can be walked in 5<>10 min The main bus stop is next to the train station making for easy access to the surrounding towns like Beek and Berg en Dal and Buinigen which are all worth a visit.Nice Hotel Friendly Staff .. Great Stuff "

"it located on a golf court,so the environment is very quiet and beautiful.The room is comfortable and it has very big bathroom,this is awesome.Pool and parking are great,we were able to charge our car on the property too,very convenient.We definitely recommend Double Tree hotel!"
