Great location!

"Not sure how you rate a hotel like this...it is not a 5 star resort and you certainly aren't paying for that but it is basic and very clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is in a great location with two good restaurants adjacent. Probably the top 3 restaurants. Parking can be challenging so plan accordingly. Meaning don't wait until dinner to park your car. I recommend paying the difference to get the water view rooms. They are small rooms but again clean and recently updated."

"The place was amazing. As advertised, clean, great view and good location. We were able to get to all the beaches very easily seemed like a nice central location. Enrique was very responsive, resourceful and nice. Would totally stay at this property again. "

Base Camp to get to Beaches

"Owners stopped by and left us two more beach chairs an hour after we arrived, a nice touch there were 4 of us. House was worn but working, could use a lot of gardening but we were only there nights. Coffee was provided, air conditioning worked great, shower and beach towels provided, and a bar/restaurant 1 block up the same side street. Abandoned house next door had two horses grazing (there are many abandoned houses in PR)."

Great Stay

"We stayed 4 nights here and found it met all our needs. The bed was excellent, kitchen had lots of pots / pans, the bathroom and shower were a good size. This place is so clean too and is decorated so wonderfully with a sweet beachy theme. The veranda with its lovely view of the bay is nice to sit and enjoy. You do share the veranda with the other unit. Location of property is really good. Three things I wasn’t aware of were that the AC is only in the bedroom, which wasn’t a problem for us. The other thing is that the windows in the kitchen are all frosted glass, so you can’t see outside without leaving the door open. Lastly, if you have mobility problems, there is a steep ramp to the stairwell and then a flight of stairs to the property. Overall this was a great stay and we would return. "

"place was spacious and clean. good kitchen if you plan to cook. i was initially worried about the aluminum slat windows but they ended up being totally fine - with the climate on culebra, maybe even preferable over glass. hosts were super friendly and accommodating. "
