Mehr Schein als Sein
Das Haus liegt ruhig in ca. 300 Metern über der Küste an einem Steilhang. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen, die durch Steile Treppen unterteilt sind. Vom Hauseingang bis zum Pool sind es über 30 Stufen. Für ältere Gäste, oder behinderte Gäste nicht empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ist das Haus, das Grundstück, Mobiliar, Duschen usw. schwer in die Jahre gekommen. Geschätzt über 30 Jahre. Der Pool ist o.k.,die Terrasse sehr klein und ab ca.15:00 Uhr im Schatten.Die Poolreinigung fand in 3 Wochen 2,5 mal statt. Das geht überhaupt nicht.Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig aber alt und ohne Seele,oder Liebe zum Detail.Eine Aussendusche gibt es nicht, auch keinen Grill. Garten ist nicht vorhanden, nur ein ungepflegter verwilderter Steilhang.Garage o.k., aber offen mit Tor.Insgesamt einmal und NIE wieder !!!
