A detached villa with fantastic sea views.

A private walled villa with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.one bedroom on lower level with on-suite .There are 3 terraces over looking the sea with a barbecue and outside dinning area.Plus a outside lounge area,just the place to finish that book or just to relax. The front t terrace has mountain views.A nice place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine.The private pool has extensive area for sunbathing and relaxation.The Villa is in a quite area and not overlooked.Entrance from the front door along a hall to the living area which is comfortably furnished with TV,DVD and Wifi.The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer,fridge freezer,,cooker,microwave etc.The outside living area, has a table and chairs for 8 people. The gas barbecue has 3 burners,hot plate and separate gas ring every thing you will need to have a fabulous meal outside.
Bedrooms.Master bedroom,en-suite.One double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds,sharing family bathroom.4th bedroom with two single beds and en-suite reached by outside stairs.

Opposite are villa is a private community area with two swimming pools children’s play area and pool.

Excellent villa

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped villa. There was ample room for our family. Enjoyed walking down to the pirate cove. We would recommend this villa and stay again.

Great view

Great villa with lovely view. Will need a car as it’s on an estate high up from Moraira. Lovely neighbourhood and literally over the road from a great swimming pool if you fancy a change from the villa one.

A lovely villa with a stunning view. 4 latge bedrooms, large kitchen, dining area, lounge, plenty big enough for 7 of us. we loved the pool. Fred was very helpful and quickly answered any queries.

Great base and perfect villa

Really great villa, view superb, pool perfect. Made use of the pools across the road which are massive. Javea and Moriara great beaches and nightlife. Fred the owner responded almost immediately for the couple of small issues we had, could not have been more accommodating.

Excellent stay

When we arrived, the house was very clean and a welcome pack was the perfect start of our holiday. The host was helpful in answering our questions. The private swimming pool is perfect. We also enjoyed the pool across the street. We used the gas bbq, enjoying the great sea view. The house has sun spots all day. We are coming back for a next holiday!

RECOMENDABLE TOTAL.

La casa esta muy bien, tal cual se muestra en el anuncio. Con todas las comodidades y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y estancias de la casa. La terraza y la estancia exterior con todo detalle también. La barbacoa es un lujo. La piscina tiene acceso mediante escaleras y es adecuada para personas de diferentes edades. Las vistas espectaculares y más, si te toca luna llena como a nosotros. Todo muy bien. Fred es muy atento y en todo momento atiende rápidamente. El entorno esta muy bien, bonitos paseos, calas impresionantes cerca... y el clima lo mejor! para repetir.

Hemos estado un grupo de amigos con los peques y nos lo hemos pasado genial. La casa es perfecta, con su piscina privada y su barbacoa. Fantásticas vistas al mar, y zona muy tranquila. Nos hemos quedado con ganas de repetir.

Perfect !

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house from August 1st to 15th! This one is very beautiful, clean and well equipped (the barbecue was very useful to us) the area is quiet and the view is wonderful. The pool area is very well exposed, there is sun all day. In addition there is a supermarket 10 minutes away and many towns and restaurants nearby! The owner was very pleasant and listened to our questions. We recommend this house, it has great potential. Sincerely, Maria and family.

A Wonderful family Villa

A wonderful family villa with a fabulous downstairs double bedroom which had a huge on suite perfect for friends / family who wish a bit of me time. All appliances were in excellent working order. Large gas BBQ which was used on several occasions. WIFI had a good signal. UK T.V was available. A great pool . A/C in all the rooms plus ample hot water for showers. with 50years age difference all family members were catered for. Stunning views down to the sea. We were lucky to be there during a full moon and many a magical evening was spent around the spacious balcony chatting over a bottle or 3 of wine watching the lights of ships sailing by. Moraira with all its restaurants is about 15 minutes drive away. 5 minutes down the hill is a excellent supermarket with a huge choice of groceries and meat/fish where we found a very drinkable red wine for 1.90 Euro! Communication with the owner Fred was excellent as too with the property manager Darren. All in all 5/5. P.S. We flew into the new airport in Murcia which is an hour further away than Alicante. Well worth the extra drive as ours was the only flight in. Touchdown, collecting suitcases then getting the car was 20 minutes. Lars, Cindy and family.
