LLOBELLA - Large villa on the sea front.

Framed on the coast of the beautiful Costa Blanca town of Benissa and only a few metres from one of its wonderful coves, Cala LLobella, is this large villa for 10 people.

The villa is divided into several rooms, the ground floor remains closed. On the main floor there is a large entrance hall which gives access to a large fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a large living-dining room, surrounded by large windows overlooking the gardens and the sea. This living room has an iron fireplace and air conditioning.

From the entrance we also access to another large living room where there is a large fireplace in front of its comfortable sofas. There you will also find a table with chairs. From the living room you have access to a cosy terrace with access to the garden. To the left of the living room there is a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. From the living room, this time on the right hand side, we find another bedroom. Climbing the stairs, we access the upper floor where we find the last bedroom. Either by the stairs to the terrace or from the side, we will access the large outdoor area, with beautiful gardens with stone tables where we can enjoy its large Argentinean barbecue and its traditional oven. In the centre there is a large 10x5 swimming pool with a fun slide to enjoy like a child.

The villa is on the well known ecological promenade of Benissa, so you can enjoy it as soon as you walk out of the door. It is also close to the beautiful Pinets cove and its beach bars where you can enjoy our wonderful gastronomy.

We are in a privileged area of the Costa Blanca, very close to beautiful towns such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Javea among others.
