Fabulous location and property
Wonderful villa high on the hills overlooking the Mediterranean. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in close drive. The property itself is an oasis. The pool, the views, and the setup to unwind and enjoy the coast at its best. Owner and caretaker both provided excellent service and communication, both before and during the stay.

Amazing week 😍
We had the most amazing week at this villa, it was perfect for our needs with beautiful views and an amazing pool! The air con in one room wasn’t working quite right at first and Jean-Henry sorted it out so quickly and was always on hand for any questions! Thankyou so much, we had a fantastic time.

Beautiful Villa with lovely outside space.
We stayed in the villa for a long weekend. The arrival and departure procedure was very easy and the contacts are very helpful. The communication with the property manager/ owner was quick and they were very accommodating to the needs of our group. The villa was very well equipped and had everything you would need for a holiday. It is spacious and ideal for families or groups of friends. The pool area is lovely and and the bar/ outdoor kitchen is an added bonus. The view from the pool is nice and the area is quiet. Although you are able to walk to local restaurants it would probable be a little far for most. A car is essential but there is plenty of parking. In all we had a lovely stay and will be back in the future.

Great house with amazing view!
The house is very nicely decorated and well equiped. Comfortable beds. Good size bedrooms. Plenty of cupboard space. Cosy fireplace in living room. Nice pool with great bar! Nice lounge area near pool and enough sun beds. Very kind house keeper. Great location! 5 minutes to the centre of Moraira. We can truly recommend this house and we will be back next year!

Great place
Loved the outdoor pool area, the kitchen was great too and the house was artfully decorated; we were particularly impressed with the artwork and some beautiful fabric chairs. Contact with the owner before and after our stay has been good, they were happy to give advice, for example, for our taxi hire. We had a really great stay.

A beautiful villa with stunning views
We have just returned from our holiday, and we were delighted with the villa. It is as beautiful as it looks on line, and is furnished to a very high standard, and is exceptionally well stocked with cutlery & crockery. The pool area is excellent and the views are stunning. The area where the villa is located is extremely quiet and very peaceful, and is about a five minute to Moiraira. We are all very much look forward to returning to the villa in the future

A fabulous villa in an unforgettable area
This was our first time renting this villa and it couldn't have been better. The communication from the owner was excellent and he was very helpful in terms directions to restaurants and bars. Très belle semaine
La maison est grande, agréable et jolie, bien décorée, très bien équipée ( électroménager, literie, vaisselle,linge de toilette) La partie piscine avec le bar est très agréable, nous y avons passé l’essentiel de notre temps . A noter une odeur d’humidité qui peut être gênante dans une chambre en bas . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons cette villa parfaitement adaptée pour 8 personnes.

Heerlijk verblijf in Moraira/Benissa
Met 2 gezinnen (4 tieners) hebben we enorm genoten van onze week in deze villa. Mooie en schone ruimtes, goede locatie met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk zwembad (watertemperatuur was wel aan de hoge kant). We zouden zeker weer teruggaan als we weer naar Moraira gaan.

Simplemente perfecta!!
La casa está genial, tanto la parte interior como la exterior. Bonita, bien decorada, amplia y tiene todo tipo de equipamiento y menage para pasar unos días estupendos. Très bon séjour, la propriétaire est toujours disponible, la personne sur place aussi, à chaque demande la réponse est immédiate. La maison est top, la déco également, tout est fonctionnel et l’exterieur où nous avons passé la majorité de notre temps est très bien équipé. Super séjour, je recommande fortement.
