The cleaning of the villas is not included in the total price so you have to pay per Villa and per person for use of towels which is extortionate, which had to had to be paid in cash on the first day. for electric which had to be paid on the last day. "This is our third year staying in’Emilia’ It is ideal for the large family holiday of all ages in an ideal location with good local amenities and fabulous beach ! It has an upgraded gas bbq which is a huge bonus! The points that require improvement are an upgrade to the tired and temperamental washing machine,dishwasher and fridge freeezer on ground floor and bed linen that doesn’t fit the double bed on first floor ! Otherwise all good "

"The villa is in a very quiet location and enjoys the sun from first light to sunset. A very pleasant and well maintained villa and grounds.
