Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt...

"Property was as advertised,well equipped. Close to all amenties, beach a small stroll, good bars ,restuarants and supermarket on your doorstep. Friendly welcome and a secure ample parking space. Well impressed. "

"Excellent property, spotless, everything we needed. Stunning views adding to overall relaxing atmosphere. Private and quiet, which was important to us. Thoroughly enjoyed by adults and children. No hesitation in recommending and would be more than happy to return. Excellent communication with owner before, during and after our stay."

"Das ist ein wunderschönes grosses, sehr helles, geräumiges Haus, sehr nah zum Strand gelegen (2 min Gehweg). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere tolle Spielplätze für kleine und etwas größere Kinder. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, es sind alle Küchengeräte vorhanden. Auch zum einkaufen ist man in 3 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Lidl oder Aldi. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal das Haus gebucht bzw dort unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen definitiv wieder, Kate ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Lg...

"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"We booked this property for 18 days, with the last week being intended for our son and our grandchildren to join us. The owner was well aware of our plans. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon in very poor weather. There had been absolutely no preparation undertaken by the hostess - even the gas cylinder for the gas heater was empty. "Nice little place with perfect view. No kingsize bed instead A small 2 persons bed wich Made A lot of noise everytime you turn. Little argument about an extra guest (6th person) and wanting to let me pay An extra €150 for that. In the end hè didn’t chargeer anything for it so was greatfull for that. Left the house and to my surprise got A message saying the cleaning lady found A very dirty house. We did not make A mess at all so I think hè needs Another cleaning lady."

"Todo estupendo. Fuimos con un peque y nuestra mascota. La dueña es muy amable, los vecinos muy majos, la urbanización está genial y la casa tiene todo lo necesario, hasta tenía cama para nuestra perra. Por poner un pero hay que caminar un poco mas de lo deseado hasta la playa"
