We offer you the possibility of spending your family holidays in a private villa within the city of Benidorm, just 300 m from Levante Beach.

The villa is located in a quiet residential area with private access next to Benidorm Palace, one of the most famous entertainment venues in Europe. The villa offers you the unique opportunity to enjoy a family holiday in a modern, recently renovated villa, in a unique setting within the city of Benidorm, surrounded by all the services and leisure that Benidorm offers throughout the year.

The villa is located very close to the Aqualandia and Mundomar theme parks, perfect for family leisure; and close to the Sierra Helada natural park where you can enjoy long walks through the Mediterranean forest.

The villa has 1000 m2 of plot with a private pool, gardens and a large pergola with outdoor furniture, plasma TV, barbecue and wood-fired oven.

The house, with 300 m2 of surface area, is distributed over two floors. The ground floor has a beautiful entrance hall with a guest toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and a plasma TV. The entrance hall leads to a very spacious living-dining room with comfortable leather sofas and armchairs, a plasma TV, a fireplace and a dining table with leather chairs. The living room has direct access to the outdoor area and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The first floor has a shared bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and the master bedroom with a dressing room, plasma TV and en-suite bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and a fan.

Important information about check-in time:

Our check-in time is from 4pm to 7pm Monday to Sunday, if you arrive outside of this time, please note that the following surcharge will be charged for late check-in

-8:00pm to 10:00pm surcharge of 30€
-10:01pm to 12:00am surcharge of 50€
-12:01am to 9:00am (the following day) surcharge of 100€

This amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.
