Featured on Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun, Season 8, episode 6. Please note ready for the 2025 season we are totally refurbishing the downstairs bathroom and fitting a walk in shower. Photos to follow.
Located in a lovely quiet residential street in the popular Rincon de loix area Benidorm. The villa's location is superb as it is only a 5 minute walk to the first restaurants, bars and the Hotel de Loix. The beach is a 20 minute walk or 7 minutes in the car. It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of 5 bedrooms all air conditioned by coin meters. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of them en suite, 3 twin bedrooms and also we have a second lounge with a sofa bed. We have 1 travel cot available and 1 highchair. The second lounge is on the first floor and has a terrace. There are 2 main bathrooms and the en suite. The kitchen has a tv with english chanels, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich maker and fridge freezer, the washing machine is in the utility room. The large lounge has a 65inch Tv with sky tv and sports channels package along with a Blu Ray home cinema surround sound system. The games room is in the basement. Please note being in the basement this can get very warm in the summer months and there is no ventilation. Outside, the property has totally secluded terraces with sunny areas or if you need to escape the sun there are covered terraces We have a private pool which we are able to heat at additional cost if you require between the months of June and October. BBq area. A Damage deposit is £300 for a mixed group or £100 per person for all male or female. Please note that on booking the villa it is expected that you will respect the other residents in the area. If you are requiring an early check in or late check out we suggest booking the night before or after as we can't guarantee it until just before your holiday, we are getting enquiries all the time. We often get same day changeovers and therefore not able to accommodate any alterations on arrival and departure times.
Departure is strictly before 10am and arrival from 4pm.

Wonderful Villa perfect for Large family
We had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa. The pool is lovely, and the Villa is so spacious! We enjoyed walking into Benidorm or took Taxis, which were only about €7. There is also a great bus service . The Villa has everything you need and the Aircon in the bedrooms was a blessing! Communication with The owner Sue was excellent and she responded quickly when we had queries or questions about anything. I would definitely stay again and book with confidence

Great location
The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

Travelled as a family of ten. On arrival to the villa we were totally amazed as the photos dont do it justice. Such a beautiful villa. The guest information was on point and very helpful. Communication with Sue was promptly and very straightforward. And security deposit was returned before we got home. Had a wonderful time and our children just loved the pool. Hope to return again.

Brilliant villa , brilliant location lovely time had by all the family, bigger than it looks plenty of space there was 9 of us but all had our own space when we wanted lovely sized pool and plenty of outside seating and sunbathing areas really enjoyed it will definately think about booking in the future , any information needed owner's we're in touch straight away loved it , 5 stars 🌟 amazing !!!

Fantastic Villa
We were a group of 10 consisting of two families and there was more than enough room for everyone without feeling cramped.Like others have stated the photos of this villa don’t do it justice it’s so spacious. The area is so nice and quiet but still within easy reach of Benidorm so it worked fantastically well for when you wanted to relax, eat out, explore Benidorm or sample the night life

Wonderful Host & Property
We had a fantastic stay at this property. The property itself is stunning and was found in immaculate condition. The owner is communicative, polite and extremely responsive. They accommodated an early check-in for us and were prompt in the return of our security deposits. The location is okay, a little far to walk to and from the beach but super accessible via taxi. Our biggest gripe was the poolside neighbor, we were very respectful with noise and hours using the pool but that did not prevent them from complaining several times. At one time the neighbor resorted to profanity and insulted us for no real reason other than using the pool (we were not being loud or did not have any music playing). Whilst this was a negative experience, Susan and Nigel are wonderful hosts and the villa itself is really beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Fantastic home away from home in the perfect area.
From the moment you arrive you know you have booked the perfect place. It is located in a lovely residential area that is only a 10 minute walk towards the main area and only a five minute walk to plenty of great bars/eating places. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and mostly it is very spacious so ideal for groups/couples/families. Everything is immaculate when you arrive and the owners can't do enough to help you. Also the company they use to do the initial shopping if you require it are fantastic. The villa is the perfect place if you're going to Benidorm and want to enjoy everything but have your own space and privacy and as far as value for money goes you would struggle to beat it. Thanks for ensuring we had a great holiday Sue.

The property wasnt cleaned the best when we arrived. Also was abit annoyed that someone didnt come in and clean the pool. Whilst we were there we was burgled and we was in the accommodation. The police forensic department come to the villa and said the gate is not secure. I have told the owners. Since we have been back they have said they are with holding some of our deposit for a damaged bed and a broken window which is what they was told by their management company. I have since proved that company wrong by sending a picture but they are still saying we are lying about the bed. Not happy.

En general tuvimos una estancia agradable en esta casa de la zona del rincón de Loix, la casa en general es correcta, aunque tiene muchos puntos a mejorar. A continuación paso a valorar los puntos positivos y negativos; -Puntos positivos: ubicación de la villa, amplitud de la casa, piscina (aunque el agua estaba fría por las fechas), sofás de comedor, varias zonas exteriores con mesas y sillas, zona tranquila. -Puntos negativos; limpieza deficiente (había ventiladores y climatizadores con mucho polvo). zona de sótano sin ventilación, una zona con juegos y mucho potencial, punto fuerte a priori de la casa, se ha convertido en inhabitable, debido a las humedades de la sala por la nula ventilación. La casa en general tampoco estaba ventilada y olía humedad (algunas ventanas de habitaciones no se podían abrir para ventilar correctamente por la rotura de las cerraduras de seguridad que tenían) -Colchones de más de 20 años, blandos, muy incómodos para dormir, una de las camas incluso estaba inclinada por el somier. Almohadas de la misma antigüedad, muy finas, como sino existiera almohada. (esto es lo peor de la casa, no se puede admitir que por el precio abonado, las camas sean tan deficientes). -Menaje de la cocina deficiente (la cafetera no funcionaba). En las condiciones actuales de la casa no volveríamos a repetir la experiencia. sirva la presente crítica para que VRBO exija unas condiciones mínimas de calidad los Propietarios de las casas. Ons verblijf viel heel erg tegen. De ruimte beneden konden we niet gebruiken vanwege de stank. Het rook naar schimmel en verf.We hebben de woning uitgekozen vanwege deze ruimte omdat we twee tiener jongens hebben die van tafelvoetbal en pool houden. De woning was helaas ook niet echt schoon.De communicatie verliep niet prettig vanwege een eerder onenigheid met de eigenaresse. De ligging is perfect en het huis is ook ruim zat. Helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

The photos don’t do this villa justice. Bigger than the photos show. Very easy to arrange staying here, the owners are lovely and answered all my questions quickly and in full. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone! Villa is a short taxi ride away from the main strip so lovely and clean and quiet on an evening! Many rooms, a balcony, games room (which we sadly didn’t utilise) pool was lovely and again, larger than photos. Lots of information in the folder left for guests including taxi numbers etc. wonderful! 10/10

Can’t recommend enough for families or groups. Villa was lovely, had everything we needed and close to amenities if required. Lovely quiet part of town. Games room was a particular hit with our group. Weather was great too, over 20 degrees every day, can’t beat that in February.

Fabulous Stay
Fabulous villa, very clean and spacious. Nice quiet location away from all the hustle and bustle but plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away. Excellent communication with the owners. All the comforts of home and superb outside area.

Lovely villa
This was our 2nd year staying here. Group of nine of us from age 4 up to 78. Beautiful property lots of space for all of us. Fantastic correspondence with the owner. Hoping to return again next year.
