    We all had a great time staying at this property, there was plenty of room for the 12 of us, Our 5 Grandchildren were aged between 2 & 14 and had a blast in the 2 pools. The Wi-Fi was great considering there were 13 devices linked to it!. Overall a great holiday

    Had all questions answered by Roy the host, due to flight changes we arrived early and were able to use one room prior to arranged check in time, likewise on check out we were allowed to use one room. Steve and Graham looked after us. We had a problem with a water leak reported to a Steve he dealt with it straight away. Would recommend the Villa to friends and family

    Great family villa
    The villa is exactly as described, was a great family space for the 12 adults we had staying. We had age ranges from 19 to 74 and the villa had something for everyone. Pool and outside space was great, sun all day. All beds comfy and we cooked BBQs outside and cooked fry up most mornings in the kitchen. Short €10 taxi and your in the heart of benidorm. Roy was great for comms as was Steve on the ground. We really enjoyed the villa and would reccomend.

    Fabulous villa with excellent communication from Roy, Steve and Simon. There was 16 of us in total with 2 babies, 2 toddlers and 1 child, the rest adults. Plenty of space and bathrooms to choose from, 2 living rooms with tvs and lots of outdoor space with lovely pool/ entertainment. Only let down for us was the weather (but we did go in march) 30 min walk to benidorm beach front which was easy, and taxis cost about 8/12 euro. Would come again but in better weather, but overall cannot fault the villa!

    Fantastic villa with everything you need great pool and games area. Good comunications between roy and steve. Great all you can eat and drink Chinese for 16.50 euro 15 min walk from villa. My family throughly enjoyed the holiday. Only negatives for me was the vrbo app is rubbish struggled to make payments and taxis were hard to sort for 14 people.

    Like the title of the review says “does what it says on the tin” The villa was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, tidy, the pool area was perfect (yes I know I’ve used perfect twice but no other superlative needed) & in an ideal location. My only recommendation would be for another umbrella/parasol in the sun lounger area but that’s just my observation.

    Had a fabulous family break, something for everyone pool table was a big hit, pool was perfect size and not too deep for the little ones. Had a couple of issues with the filter on the pool but was quickly sorted out. The villa was well equipped and bbq was a great addition. The aldi supermarket was within walking distance with another supermarket a bit further away slightly cheaper but if you get a taxi back can get more in one go! With burger bars and kfc at the end of the road. If you prefer more tapas restaurant's and bars the old town in benidorm about 7 euro or the more tourist part on the strip for 8euro will give you all you will need. Never went to the beach as it way way to hot during the day but looked lovely in the evening.could not find any fault with our trip, Steve and Graham were very pleasant and so approachable answering any questions we had. All in all would 100% recommend

    Beautiful villa set in a good location for families, great size and plenty of room for everyone. KFC and Burger King a 2 minute walk away. Aldi is a bit far to walk in the heat but we got a taxi no problem. Roy the host was very helpful and kind and answered any queries we had straight away. I would maybe recommend the maintenance guy check in mid week to check the pool as it went a bit murky, I thought I’d messaged Steve but maybe sent it to the wrong number Would love to go back as the kids loved it and happy kids makes for happy adults

    Great layout for a family group, could split off easily into 3 areas which worked well, with parent's and little ones downstairs, ideal for pool so the were not up and stairs all the time. All in all a great villa, away from the bustle of Benidorm town but a short drive or longer walk if you want to be in town. Plenty of shops for groceries, some in walking distance. Friendly team looking after place and easy communications with Roy the owner.

    Lovely villa very spacious for all the family. Steve was very helpful giving us local information Bathroom on ground level needed a new lock. It’s about a 45 min walk into centre of Benidorm downhill taxi back cost between 7-10 euros if you don’t fancy the uphill walk. Nice quiet area to stay and recommend trying the Chinese buffet a short walk away lovely food we even had a takeaway one evening. Would happily stay here again if we return in the future

    Gorgeous Villa Great location
    There were 12 of us staying at Villa Paradise ages ranging from 21 to 81 and what a fantastic space it was … enough rooms to have some privacy if needed and two lounges one with a table big enough for us to sit around playing cards etc …. Lovely big kitchen which was enough for our needs …. I have to give a huge shout out to Roy the property owner for his excellent communication before our departure… nothing was too much trouble so I thank you kindly for that Roy We were met by Steve who explained all there was to know and didn’t really need to bother him again but he did give us the name of a great all you can eat and drink Chinese restaurant up the road by Aldi (Bamboo) food was great … The pool area is superb with enough sun loungers for everyone…. The games area was well used too …. All in all an amazing villa which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend… two small negatives . One … ladies ( of which there was 8 ) would have liked small bins for cotton balls wipes etc it was a pain walking upstairs every time you needed to put something in the bin … secondly ( and we did chat to Steve about it ) pads for the sun loungers … especially as there were 4 or 5 elderly persons and they couldn’t actually lie in the little bit of sun we had !! Other than that we all had and enjoyed a fantastic time at Paradise Villa

    Great villa plenty things for the lads to do during our time there, never got bored Chinese restaurant all you can eat for €16 only 10min walk away ,only €10 if you wanted to go into benidorm, steve& roy were great host, we had some small issues which steve&Roy were very prompt and dealt with them straight away,

    We had a great family holiday at Paradise Villa, 13 of us ranging in age from 6 to 85. The villa was fairly basic but has everything you need. My grandma who is wheelchair bound was able to be wheeled in around the back of the villa, and had easy access to her bedroom and bathroom from there. The kitchen is upstairs so she couldn’t go there but we looked after her so all worked well for us. Benidorm is a downhill 40 minute walk away and a 10 euro taxi home. The downside of the villa is the lack of shade around the pool- if there was an awning or some kind or permanent gazebo it would really elevate the villa for us. Additionally I think the fridge freezer could do with being replaced as it didn’t keep anything really cold (ice lollies were melting in the freezer) and even better again, an additional fridge in the games area by the pool would be really amazing as the villa holds a lot of people (with a lot of drinks) and it would save going up to the kitchen all the time.     We had a brilliant week away in this Villa.. Everything we wanted, great pool and lots of sunbeds, outside area was so lovely, we just wished there was a few more parasols, as it was very hot. Inside was lovely, it was just a shame that the Air Condition didn't work upstairs, but to be told the day we left that they were having a new one fitted the very next day, which would of been nice to have been told, after asking if there was anything that they could do, as It was so hot.. I would still definitely book this villa again, as Roy was very nice throughout our booking, and Steve was accomadating, which we really appreciated.. Great Stay..

    Was booked pre covid and had to postpone twice due to lockdown and travel restrictions . Communication was excellent on each occassion. Property is a 10 euro taxi ride to centre of nightlife if you want it and quiet enough it you don't. Pool and hot tub were great .

    Myself and ten friends have just spent a very enjoyable week at the villa .Property spacious and clean with ample room for the 11 of us .Some areas could do with coat of paint .Outside area has plenty of room and nice size swimming pool which appeared very clean .Fridge in outside area would have been a great addition rather than having to go up and down stairs .Both Roy and Steve very prompt in replying to any questions and I received plenty of emails with the information I needed for my stay ..Only negative is that no bars or restaurants within walking distance not unless you fancy Burger King or kFC which were both right by villa .Only around 12 euros and 10 min drive to get into Benidorm so was great to have choice of night life or chill time in villa .All in all a very positive experience.
