    This Villa is large, has a beautiful 12 man hot tub which was hot even in the winter. Booking with Roy is great, he keeps you updated throughout the booking progress and upto check in.Once checked in, Graham and Steve take over with the general jobs and frankly they're brilliant! They were always around for the odd job and nothing was ever too much for them. Roy (the owner) we never saw but he always responded quickly and was always helpful. The Villa itself is bigger than you may think, Ping pong/pool table my kids loved. I could not recommend this place high enough and we will definitely be returning very soon If i had to pick one small flaw, the taxi fare from the Villa to the New town is like 12.50 each way which can mount up, buses are cheaper but unreliable so its a good idea to budget for the additional taxi cost.(Old town 8) just fyiOnce vok

    Brilliant time.
    Excellent communication from Roy the host from start to finish, with excellent tips for restaurants from him and places to go from his son. Villa is a 12 euro ride from Benidorm and even shorter to terra mitica and terra natura. Villa is a spacious 5 bedroom with all amenities you could need including washing machine, iron and hair dryers. The maintenance team are only a message away and quickly sorted our 1 problem. The outside area is fantastic and got very well used by us. Loved the villa and my time there, hopefully i will go back again.

    Had a great time overall. Everyone enjoyed themself. One thing I would of liked is to be informed that you musn’t make any noises after 12pm otherwise police will be called, especially since I expect alot of people stay here to have parties etc. this wasn’t much of a problem for us but I would of liked to known before arriving

    Amazing villa, host and staff
    The villa was great for our two families of 4. The outside area was used a lot with a great pool, bathing area and hot tub. The table tennis and pool table also kept us well entertained and there is a table where we ate outside quite often. Indoors there is is everything you need with 5 well sized bedrooms and a kitchen with all you need to make your own food and a washing machine. Location is slightly out of Benidorm centre but only a short Taxi drive away which cost about 12 Euros each time. Near the villa are plenty of amentities such as supermarket, cafe, resturants and other shops. Any help that we needed Steve was very quick to reply to Whatsapp. Roy was amazing and can't thank him enough as when our flights were cancelled a few weeks before arrival and had to be rescheduled he did all he could to ammend our booking and make it as straight foward as it could be. Really great holiday in a lovely villa.

    We booked the villa as a first holiday for our 3 grandchildren (2 has autism). The property was secure and safe and all on one level. We had a lovely time watching them play in the pools and just let them be themselves. The property had everything you needed for self catering, a taxi ride into Benidorm is between €9 - €11 depending on what taxi firm you use. As we liked to eat outside in the patio area a parasol would’ve been nice to have as it gets extremely hot. Overall we had a great stay

    Great location peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Ideal for trips into Benidorm €8 taxi ride. We had a hire car but you could get away with not having one. There are restaurants a short walk away. The outside space is great we used everything and loved the pool. The bbq was great for the evenings. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had a couple of small issues that were dealt with very quickly by Steve - always only a WhatsApp message away. Internet connection good all round the villa and outside. Plenty of bathrooms !! If we were asked the question - would you go again ? We definitely would !!!

    Villa was perfect for our family group of 9. Spent most days in swimming pool, playing pool and table tennis. We didn’t need a car and used Taxis to get around. Supermarket is within walking distance but is a bit of a mission if you have a lot to carry. The owner Roy was very accommodating, as we had to move our dates many times due to COVID lockdown restrictions. During our stay we had a few minor maintenance issues which were resolved immediately. Would recommend for groups looking for a quiet location within easy reach of all that Benidorm has to offer. We are planning to return again.

    Fab Villa for 9 of us, location is a taxi. Ride into town 8/10 euros. 24 hr garage at end of road and an Aldi 10 mins up the hilll. Also great Chinese near Aldi all you can eat The pool and hot tub are a great bonus which would suit families and groups alike. Beds are comfy and there is ample outside space to eat and spend time. We had an issue with the hot water but Steve tried his best to fix it for us and I must say nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in recommending or booking with Roy and his team again. Our trip was 2 years in the waiting and having moved our booking twice with.no problems was great.. Thanks to you all . We will be back Julie and gang

    Stayed at the villa for 7 nights, all facilities in the villa highly commendable and in good working order. Lovely pool with sufficient seating for all guests. Great BBQ and alfresco dining area. Benidorm a €9 taxi ride away, but would recommend hiring a car for supermarket and short trips.

    We were a family of three generations, 6 adults and 4 children. This villa was ideal for our stay .
    We stayed at this villa for 10 days at the beginning of August. We arrived late but Graham was waiting for us and showed us around the villa and was most helpful with details of the surrounding area. The pool was lovely and the baby pool also came in handy for young members of our group. We used the local taxis for the water park, which is a must to visit, especially if you have small children. There is an Aldi not too far away for your shopping as we spent many days having a barbeque. There are also restaurants near Aldi if you want to eat out locally. Benidorm is about a 25 minute walk from the villa but taxis are also readily available. Would like to thank both Steve and Graham who look after the villa for being on hand if any problems arose.

    Muy bien la zona de piscina, billar y pinpong, un lujo. En cuanto al interior es una planta baja con techos un poco bajos, pero el aire acondicionado hace que se este bien. Las habitaciones amplias y bien amuebladas. Los baños correctos. La unica pega es que propietarios o intermediarios campan a sus anchas (haciendo arreglos y tareas) por la zona exterior restandole intimidad. Pero en general buena villa

    Soirées agréables autour de la piscine éclairée
    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et l'accueil et le suivi étaient très bons, dommage qu'il n'y avait pas d'espace embragé autour de la piscine. Malheureusement le jaccuzi était en panne une fois sur deux, A 10 on se sentait un peu à l'étroit dans le petit salon. Les chambres à coucher n'étaient pas assez occultés. Par contre belles soirées passées autour de la piscine éclairée et dans l'espace loisir.

    La maison est très bien la piscine le barbecue la terrasse le billard le ping ping tout es parfait vraiment Rien à dire!!. Juste déçu pour le jaccuzi qui a fonctionner que les 3 premier jours sur 7 dommage!! Niveau propreté maison propre dans tous son ensemble !!
