BENIDORM BEACH

Las Carabellas Block 2 of which the apartment is located on the 11th floor with a very nice view of the sea and a nice overview of the entire beach. The advantage of a high floor is the full view to the sea and beach, but very distinguished, but never at this height are you confronted by insects, mosquitoes, flies and all kind of vermin.
Apartment has 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 1 modern bathroom. A nice extension kitchen with all necessary appliances such as fridge, stove, micro oven and all the necessary conveniences. The living room with the view of the sea is nicely laid out with flat screen TV.
Air conditioning can cool the entire apartment to the desired temperature, but can also heat it.
On the grounds of the accommodation there is parking provided that is protected by walls and automatic gate.

Tolles Appartement mit super Ausblick
Das Appartement ist ein kleines Schmuckstück. Es liegt an einem Ende des Strandes von Benidorm. Man hat wirklich nur 1 Minute um zu Fuß um Strand zu gelangen. Der Ausblick aus dem 11. Stock ist genial. Es gibt einen Parkplatz der abgeschlossen ist und man hat sogar die Möglichkeit, den Swimmingpool im Hotel gegenüber zu benutzen. Das Appartement ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie vollkommen ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage kommt im Hochsommer an ihre Grenzen. Bei 35-38 Grad Außentemperatur schafft auch die Klimaanlage es maximal auf 26 Grad runter zu kühlen und auch leider nicht in allen Räumen. Da hilft nur Lüften in den frühen Morgenstunden. Es muss jedem allerdings klar sein, dass man hier in den Sommermonaten auch auf der Partymeile ist. Benidorm verspricht keine Langeweile. Auch nachts bis 23.45 Uhr haben die Hotels drumherum Partybeschallung und sehr laute Musik, aber das ist zum aushalten. Man kann generell viel unternehmen: Parsailing, Bananaboot fahren, Jetski fahren, Bootsausflüge,.... Langeweile gibt es nicht und wer nur ausruhen will, der legt sich an den Strand!
