Garður góður en íbúðin alls ekki.
Garðurinn er æðislegur en íbúðin er komin til ára sinna. Rúm og svefnsófi gamalt og lélegt. Það þarf samt að borga fyrir sólbekki sem þér finnst frekar lélegt. Eldhús gamalt og áhöld gömul. Íbúðin var alls ekki hrein þá meina ég skápar og eldhús áhöld. Engin þrif eða þjónusta. Það sem var verst var að það koma fram að það væri loftkæling en viftur og loftkæling er ALLS ekki það sama. Staðsetning er góð.
