"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. "Good location for visitor to the Grand Prix Track. Overseeing the GrandPrix Track and next to the mall. Park at the hotel at a fee. Park opposite hotel open car park is free. Just need to cross the road. "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."

"Great hotel with breakfast included it felt like you was staying in a castle just by the main exit. When you got out of the courtyard you was in city center. Had a wonderful time exploring the sites as all were within walking distance"

"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"The room was clean but for 3 people it was ultra small and a tight squeeze. The area around seemed more industrial and we did not feel safe staying out late. The staff were very helpful in arranging for a taxi as we had an early train to catch"
