Spacious, modern and comfortable 3 BHK. Each bedroom is equipped with queen beds, high TC sheets, and soft orthopaedic mattresses.

It has a large living room with a 50inch SmartTv, a workspace and a dining table, the flat gets a lot of natural light and has been decorated with a minimal sensibility.

The flat also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fresh coffee and tea.

One room has an AC and the house has a lightning 50 Mbps internet speed. There are 3 western style toilets, all with showers. Two bathrooms are attached to bedroom. Only one bedroom doesn't have attached bathroom. The flat has a living space, a dining space, a work station and a fully equipped kitchen.

We are a team of professional Airbnb hosts, available for you every day from 8AM to 11PM!

The flat is located in Banashankari next to Langford road.

Parking is available on the street outside the building. Uber/Ola available and rickshaws can be caught on the nearby main road.

Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following:

* No smoking indoors.

* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

*As per government norms we request guests to submit an ID proof photo (front and back) after booking confirmation.

* For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens only once a week. Fresh towels are provided every three days.

* No parties allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot.

* Quiet time after 11 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am.

* UPS router is provided incase of power outage.

* We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. Please contact me if you would like more information on this, before making your booking.

* Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals.

* All informations to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details, house guide and a local guide will be share one day prior to your arrival.
