"Der Vermieter hatte meine Buchung übersehen, ist aber weder durch mich noch durch FeWo direkt erreichbar gewesen, er hat weder auf die Mails reagiert noch ist er ans Telefon gegangen. FeWo direkt hat mich bis zum letzten Tag hingehalten und war nicht bereit, die Buchung zu stornieren, obwohl ich keinerlei Kontakt zu dem Vermieter herstellen konnte und keinerlei Auskünfte von ihm für meine Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe erhalten habe.
