"We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. "Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "We had the best apartment which had a large balcony and wonderful views. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and food available 1200 - 2100 daily. Very good menu with plenty of choice. Great location in a quiet and scenic valley. Plenty of shops and restaurants in Seefeld, a 20 minute drive away."
