Modern two-bedroom unit with a pet friendly secure yard and off street car parking and a lock up garage.
Features reverse cycle and evaporative air conditioning. New kitchen complete with dishwasher.
Adjoining dining area and lounge room.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, other bedroom has a single bed plus a pull-out trundle.
Seperate bath and shower in new bathroom.
Fully equipped laundry.
Pets allowed inside and out day and night. We would prefer that pets are not left alone in the unit unattended.
Close to public transport, and main highway. 5 minutes from Bendigo CBD.
2 min to picturesque Lake Weeroona and is next to Bendigo creek walking track.

Second stay at Benstay!
Once again a great stay, great for our dog as the courtyard is enclosed and she loves it. Location is excellent just a short walk to Weeroona Lake. Quiet at night, so a good nights sleep is definitely on the cards

This lovely home in Bendigo is in a quiet area, but close to galleries, cafes and stores. Easy area to drive around. The home was very clean and extremely comfortable. Garage was provided for car and a small rear area available for a dog. Everything provided and in good condition. A very enjoyable stay. Thanks

LOVELY UNIT IN A FABULOUS LOCATION
This private, well appointed unit is a short scenic stroll to the heart of Bendigo via Lake Weeroona. Access to the creek walking trail is on your doorstep. The bonus of the lockup garage was a very handy addition, allowing us to securely store our trailer while we enjoyed all that Bendigo had to offer.
