This beautifully updated home boasts 5 bedrooms + bonus room with additional sleeping options. 3 full bathrooms will allow everyone to have the time and privacy necessary to enjoy a long stay. The first-floor bedroom offers a king-sized bed and is conveniently located next to a full bathroom. The main floor has an open- concept floorplan with a large, well-stocked kitchen including high end appliances ready for you to prepare a gourmet meal to share with family and friends. There is plenty of space in the sizable dining/living/kitchen area for everyone to gather and socialize. Relax on the patio with additional seating built into a private natural landscape, nestled in the hillside for an after-dinner drink or morning coffee.

In the spacious upstairs, you will find a conveniently located laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large master suite has an en suite jetted tub, and a steam shower. A cozy corner fireplace adds ambience to this getaway suite and the large windows highlight the surrounding trees. The upstairs has two additional queen-sized bedrooms and a shared, hallway bathroom, with a tub and shower. The fifth bedroom upstairs is a fabulous bunk room for the kids with two set of bunk beds. Just past the laundry room there is a large bonus room with a twin over full bunk bed for additional sleeping accommodations. This is perfect place for the kids to have their own space, complete with a large TV, a small TV if you want to bring a gaming system, a small sink/mini bar area, and a large comfortable couch, perfect for cozying up with a good movie, book, or game.

This home has a firm no pet policy. The home is in a neighborhood with CC&R's that PROHIBIT PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, so please make other parking arrangements if needed for your RV or large toys (boats, etc).

This home is gorgeous and has spacious and decorated well! Easy walk to town and in a great central.

Amazing location, plenty of space, well stocked
Perfect location!! Close to downtown, old mill district, park and float and great walking/ biking trails. We had plenty of space to play games, relax, eat meals together and celebrate our friends getting married next month. Everyone one fit comfortably in the rooms. There were plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware and spices which was perfect for feeding a large group multiple times during the weekend. Overall loved the house and would definitely recommend large groups to stay here.

We really appreciated the location of this house. It was just 30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor. The house was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could have been a little better. The dishwasher needs to be updated and repaired and the pans are a little old and could be replaced. Otherwise, this was a really great stay.

Two Family Vacation
We prefer to stay on west side of Bend, so it's a great location a few mins away from all the restaurants, etc. And only ~25 mins from Mt. Bachelor. Property had more than enough space for two families with a second quasi-master room plus multiple bunks. We would stay here again. Only nit would be to fix some fo the minor repair items. Some shelves broken in fridge, dishwasher shelf had to be propped up to run.

Nice space, but bad AC upstairs
We had some issues with this property. The AC barely worked in the upstairs bedrooms, and all bedrooms but 1 were upstairs. The garbage disposal was broken when we arrived, so kitchen sink was backing up. They did come to fix it which was good, but it was a hassle. There was a sign on the single upstairs bathroom that’s said not to use it. This was problematic while a large group was getting ready for a wedding…eventually they said it was fine to use, but this was also annoying to resolve. Overall, too expensive of a property for this many issues in a short trip.

Great big geoup home
Bring the whole group! Lots of room for everyone - plenty of beds and baths for our group of 14 and no one was on a couch or in main common areas. Might be a little tougher if a large group is all couples because there are several bunk beds that fulfill the large occupancy. There is a big bonus room/living room upstairs with the one bunk and couch that you see in the pictures. We didn't use that for the group, just as a bedroom but would be a fun play room for a big group with younger kids too. We were all adults and spent most of our time in all the downstairs common areas. There's one bedroom downstairs, rest are up. It is a FULL flight of stairs, in addition to the full flight up to the front door so if stairs are a concern for your group, take note. Kitchen was outfitted decently, nice appliances/fixtures, plenty of plates and silverware for the big group, not enough glassware though, luckily, we had brought disposable cups in case and cookware and cooking utensils are pretty tired but functional. Backyard is smaller than i expected but was too wet/cold to enjoy this weekend anyway. The walking trail is QUITE close - almost a little too close, if you like your privacy you'll just have to keep the binds closed, however, the view of the trees out the back is beautiful. I definitely recommend this property if you have a large geoup that would like to hang out together. We didnt walk anywhere but everything we did was within just a few miles.

First of all, we had an issue the first night we were there. We called AND texted the owners / rental company, and despite all sorts of emails from them to say "call or text us at any time", they didn't get back to us until 24 hours later, and even then didn't address our issue with just a generic response. Second of all, the house was in disrepair. The one shower head didn't work, all of the toilet paper holders were missing, the doors didn't close properly, etc. When we checked in the first night of our stay, the trash cans and recycling on the curb were overflowing from the last guests and stayed like that for all 4 nights of our stay. For the entertainment system downstairs, all the cords were disconnected and remotes scattered and it took my husband over an hour to get everything properly connected. Finally, the house has a garage, but no one gave us a garage door opener or a code, so it was such a pain to use it each time we came and went. (Had to have one person run back on to close it and then exit from the front door) For the amount of money we paid for this house, I just would have expected a much better experience than what we had.

Great house in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts were very helpful, and the house was very clean and as advertised. The only unfortunate circumstance was that we were so busy with outdoor activities in Bend that we hardly spent any time in this lovely home.

Good Location
Very clean, Great location, Nice spaces, and Good access to hiking. I would consider bringing extra towels, dish towels etc if you are planning to stay more than a night or two. Overall nice stay and great house for a large family!
