This house was perfect for our trip and the location is unbeatable across from the river with a wonderful view. The upstairs bunk room can get very warm and the AC is locked to 71degrees so we had to run the room fan and open windows to keep the kids cool. Still highly recommend for groups and families.

Bend family gathering!

The property is gorgeous and the pictures don't do it justice! We've stayed at vacation rentals for 25 years and this house is one of top experiences ever. The location is perfect being across from the river walking trails. Centrally located to go downtown, River West, Old Mill, or to a concert. We frankly can't wait to book a return trip.

This property had space for everyone! Big kitchen with all cooking essentials, awesome bunk room, big deck, new carpet upstairs and downstairs. Nice location across from river and walkable to old mill district, although traffic circle in front could be busy at times. Cleaning service could be improved. We mentioned this to the property managers and they addressed our concerns.

We loved the house and the location. Very clean and huge space! My only feedback would be to add some tubes or paddleboards for the river. But to be fair the house has literally everything else.

Bend House

This home was perfect for our family’s stay in Bend. We would definitely recommend this home for larger groups. It was very comfortable for the 7 people we had staying there and could accommodate many more. The kitchen was well stocked. The location of the house is amazing - right across the street from the Deschutes River and the Old Mill. We had a wonderful time and would rent this place again!
