Make your way to the lower level where you will find a family room equipped with its own TV and sectional sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the lower family room are two bedrooms and a full bath. The lower level has a private covered patio that overlooks the park and river. Travel up to the upper level and take in the most perfect space for kids, teens or adults! This space has its own gathering area with a sectional sleeper sofa and a TV set up perfect for gaming. The 400 sq ft bunk room has 2 sets of double over double bunks while still having plenty of space to spread out. The upper level has its own private bathroom. A mere 300 feet away is the epic Deschutes River. Not only perfectly located in the hub of Bend's outdoor wonderland, WoodRiver House exudes luxury, comfort, and convenience.
