Perfect Weekend Getaway
Host was communicative, helpful, informative and accommodating. There were snacks and a few beers upon arrival which is a nice touch. Great location in a quiet safe neighborhood near to bars, restaurants and amphitheater.

This is the perfect place for a family of 4 with a small dog to stay while exploring central Oregon! There is just enough room, it is in a perfect location, it is clean and you can't find a better price for all of that!

Great spot close to everything!
We were using this spot as a quick stopover on a road trip, it's in a great location, everything we wanted to do in Bend was within 10 minutes or so. Beds were very comfortable and we had no problems with check in/out. ***Note that there's no dishwasher and you'll need to do your own chores before leaving*** otherwise would totally stay again. We especially LOVED the binder full of local things to do with thoughtful notes!

Everything you need
This property is an addition to the owners dwelling. There is street parking, there are extensive recommendations of local things to eat/see/do, it is about a block walk to the river strollway. Its very clean, we loved the 2 kings for 2 couples, and it's ideal for some one skiing, or engaged in an activity that only need a place to crash, sleep and eat breakfast.

Diana was very communicative about the check in process and reaching out after check in. As the listing states, this property is attached to the home of the owner, so you will hear your neighbors. This was a great rental to stay in if you are going to be out and about exploring all that Bend has to offer. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. The location was easily accessible to everything we needed and a great neighborhood to take my dog on a walk.

Nicest Host Ever!
I was a little hesitant to to book this place with the owner living next door but oh my gosh they are the kindest people. The host was entirely accommodating. Noise was not an issue whatsoever. This place is perfect for a long weekend getaway. Really enjoyed the king beds and quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay here again!

Weaving in Bend
2 of us attended the Association of Northwest Weaving Guild Conference at the Riverbend Convention Center. Our friends who stayed in the hotel were jealous of the great place we found! Hosts were friendly and helpful, location was a 5 minute drive from our meetings. We had plenty of room for our weaving looms and spinning wheels, and a delightful porch to enjoy the evenings and the resident birds. The rooms were very nicely stocked and maintained. Wifi was great, kitchen supplies great, nice size fridge and ample storage.

2 king beds!
Functional, clean accommodation for sleeping and simple meals. Walls connecting to main house are thin. We had to try to remain quiet in living area but sounds from the house (minimal if dog was quiet) did not interfere with sleeping as the bedrooms are at the other end. Nice to have a small deck, yard and grill. Street parking right outside was also a convenience.

Perfect Base Camp
I stayed the weekend in Bend at the Cascade River Trail Retreat so that I could participate in a Freedom Hike. It was the perfect spot; centrally located to shopping and our meet up. The house is comfortable and extremely clean. The decor was warm and inviting. The amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were very helpful. The beds in both bedrooms were super comfortable-although after climbing the South Sister and hiking 20 miles the floor would have felt good. No really! The beds were amazing. My only suggestion would be an air filtration system. I am not a smoker, and I have no opinions on those who do, however the house smelled strongly like pot smoke. It was overwhelming. If I'm ever in Bend again I will definitely stay at the Cascade River Trail Retreat.
