Steps away from the Deschutes River, biking/walking paths & golf course, our luxury Sunriver retreat (One Deschutes Lane) is in the perfect location! Featuring 3 king master suites, a huge built-in bunkhouse with 6 beds, an additional king bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa - our house sleeps 16! And the amenities are endless... 12 SHARC passes, hot tub, Level 2 universal electric vehicle charger, A/C, fireplace, chef's kitchen, ping pong table, shuffle board table, old school arcade, bikes, wifi and more!

Our home was built in 2019 and specifically designed as a family friendly vacation rental, great for large groups. Upon entering the home, you will walk into the great room with a massive fireplace, vaulted ceiling with wood beams and huge views. Gather with your group for games, cocktails or to watch your favorite film on the 65 inch TV with Sonos sound bar.

The adjacent gourmet kitchen is a chefs delight and includes all the tools needed to prepare meals for large gatherings, including a huge table with a built-in bench and eat-up bar. Take the party outdoors to our lounge and dining areas with a large hot tub and gas BBQ, all set in a beautiful green space.

The main level features 3 luxurious king bedroom suites, each boasting all of the same amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel and more... luxury bed linens and towels, fancy bathrooms and plenty of closet space. Additionally, there is a large mudroom with a new washer and dryer, and a large bench and storage for shoes and gear.

Head upstairs to the play area... with a second living room, full sized shuffle board, arcade, custom built-in bunkhouse and queen sized sofa bed. Additionally, there is another king bedroom and a huge bathroom with amazing sink (look at the photos).

Head to the garage for a championship sized ping pong table and 8 bikes of varying sizes and a an additional refrigerator, perfect for large groups.

Bring your fly rod and hiking boots to explore the area! Float the river in the Summer! Ski, snowboard or snowshoe in the winter! Our home includes 12 passes to Sunriver's 20 million-dollar year-round water park (SHARC) & sledding hill (winter)! Sunriver is located about 30 minutes to Mt Bachelor and 15 minutes to Bend. The area is spectacular!

A Friends' Weekend to Remember
6 couples booked this property for a no-kids kick-off to Spring Break, 2024. We had a great time watching March Madness, playing games, and enjoying each other's company in this beautiful setting. We will definitely be booking more weekends like this in the future.

Beautiful home in great location
We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for a group of families- plenty of space for 3 couples and 10 kids (the kids loved the bunk room!). The location is ideal, with easy access to the river and bike/walking trails. The kitchen is well-stocked and the house is nicely furnished and comfortable. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great House for Multiple Families
House was perfect for our group! We had 3 families with lot's of little one's and found the house to be the perfect space. Great to have multiple master bedrooms and the kids loved the bunk room. The home is beautiful, clean, organized, well stocked, and a perfect location! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

This house was great for our annual Super Bowl house! The only thing we wish it had was an outdoor fridge but it was cold enough to put everything outside. The house was great and check out was extremely easy compared to other homes

Awesome Family-Friendly House
We had three families with five total kids under 5 stay together and the house still seemed big. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies and we appreciated all the kids-sized plates/cups/etc. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood just a few steps from the river. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay and would come back again!

Beautiful new house! My family and I enjoyed our snowy stay but we’re a bit disappointed that the fireplace did not work since fire pits are currently not allowed in Sunriver.

Gorgeous property
Super close to the river path and a short ride to the vllage or SHARC in a quiet circle drive. The house had everything we needed for a big family gathering. The kitchen was well equipt for large family dinners. Beds were comfortable (I'm picky and always bring my own pillow though!). and the upstairs bunk room was prefect for the kids to spread out.

Great house for multiple families!
The house was great for multiple families - we all had plenty of space and the upstairs was great for the older kids! The hot tub was large and clean and the kids used it daily! The location made floating the river very easy and we enjoyed riding our bikes to live music at the resort. We usually stay closer to The Village/SHARC, so getting there seemed like a haul, especially since we have younger kids. But, otherwise we had a wonderful time!

Beautiful New Sunriver House
House was beautiful. Spacious. Great location very close to river and path. Only thing I would have wanted was actual cable TV so I could have watched March Madness and I also would have liked a tv in at least one bedroom. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Sunriver Perfection
Lovely home in a fantastic location. Layout is perfect for multiple families to stay together. With 3 master suites on the main level, the adults had their own space and teen children had their own loft area outside of bunk room. Beautifully decorated home. The additional refrigerator in the garage is essential and something not all homes offer. The hot tub was clean and a perfect way to end the day. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home and for the quick responses with questions. Definitely plan to return.

One Deschutes Lane
This property worked out really well for our family reunion. It was great having four large bedrooms with king sized beds. The house has a large private backyard and patio area with plenty of comfortable seating and a nice table with an umbrella. We really enjoyed the nice hot tub too. The bike trail is a very short distance from the house and we enjoyed using the bikes as well. The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware and utensils for a large group. We cooked for five nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was even a large assortment of spices in the pantry. The bathrooms were well outfitted with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo etc. One of the SHARC passes was missing and Jennifer took care of it right away. Our daughters and sons-in-law were all very happy with this house and they're not easy to please

Beautiful House in Outstanding Location
The house was spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and in outstanding condition. It's location is just adjacent to the bike path (which can also be walked) and very near the Deschutes River. A well wooded lot on a small loop road of about 10 houses. A very quiet neighborhood and almost no traffic on the loop. The 3 downstairs en suite bedrooms are great - one adjacent to the hot tub was perfect for the couple with kids. The other two were at other corners of downstairs, private and with views of trees thru the windows. Deer wandering thru the woods was a special experience for the younger kids to see. Our guests made good use of the bicycles - 10 with a choice of sizes and styles. The consensus was "let's rent this again next year!" We're already discussing when our schedules will match up.

Beautiful home. Exceptional communication.
We got there a little bit before check in and the cleaner was still there. We weren't able to enter the unit until after check in. It was like 5 or 10 minutes but inconvenient nonetheless. We were told the previous guest stayed too late which didn't leave the cleaner enough time. Maybe they need to build in some extra time for this for future guests? The fireplace failed to work so I contacted the owner who promptly had a repair person come fix it the next day. The kitchen sink is concrete and has weird corrosion to it. It makes it look dirty and gross. There wasn't a picture of the sink in its current state in the listing. The trash area was nearly full when we got there and very full when we left. We never saw any trash pickup. Maybe it had something to do with the snow? You'd thinking of snowy climate they'd have that figured out. Other than the trash not getting picked up and that trash area being disorganized We enjoyed our stay. Having such an attentive owner made the minor issues we had easier to swallow.

The Best house
We rented the house for our annual family vacation. 3 couples, four kiddos 4 years and under. Unfortunately, the air was bad due to smoke from Oregon fires but the house was large enough to allow the kids to get out their energy indoors. The kitchen worked well, the dining table is massive - we all fit. The location is perfect. The area is pastoral and lovely. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and patient with my questions. All but one bed, which maybe was the most used by guests, were terrific. My only suggestion would be to have mid weight blankets available - the comforters were too hot and the thin blankets too cold. These are minor details, it is a GREAT house - definitely rent it!!

It's a beautiful property in a quiet area of Sunriver. There is plenty to do for people of all ages, and the property is close to most of the areas of interest. I would stay there again.

Wonderful family week
This home accommodated our extended family perfectly. The location was quiet and close to the river. We were able to walk our paddle boards across the street and enter the river. The kids really liked the bunk room and the ability to all stay together. The house had lots of games and an arcade game the kids enjoyed. We contacted the owner/ property manager the night we checked in with a concern and it was resolved by the next morning. They were wet quick to respond to emails. We would definitely consider this home for our next visit to Sunriver. Thank you for sharing your home.
