Walking distance to the Village and steps from the SHARC. Bicycles and 8 SHARC passes included. Or stay in and enjoy the hot tub, foosball and ping pong tables while barbecuing on the deck with your family and friends.

Three spacious master suites with an additional half bath. One king bed suite upstairs, and another queen bed suite downstairs. The third bedroom suite located downstairs has a twin/full bunk bed with another Queen bed creating generous space for a total of eight guests.

Hop on one of the bikes and enjoy over 40 miles of paved Sunriver trails.

Amazing home!
Just finished up a wonderful seven night stay at this beautiful home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, the house was clean, had an extremely well stocked kitchen and fit our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot
It was perfect for what my family was looking for: enough space for the kids, quick access to SHARC and trails for walks and bike rides. The host was also extremely helpful when it came to checking in/out. I would definitely rent this property again.

Overall very clean and convenient location. Well stocked kitchen, bikes and rec games were an added bonus. Bathrooms need updating and more guest bath towels needed is my only recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this property. It's very close to the SHARC and sledding hill. The cupboards were full of pots, pans and baking dishes which was very helpful. We enjoyed ourselves!

The perfect home for us!
This house was great! Location was right in the middle of all the action - which was perfect for the kids. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The owner contacted us right back when we had a question and was quick to provide information. We will look to book again for the next trip!

Excellent Place
The property location is excellent and the house is very clean and spacious (in a good way!). The village is a short bike ride and there is a park across the street that is an extremely short walk. I would highly recommend staying here! The hot tub was also well maintained.

Great location!
Great layout for our family of five. All three bedrooms were spacious and had private bathrooms. The house has everything you would need and is within walking distance to Sharc and the village. We would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful location and house was supplied with the amenities needed. Bikes in the garage for all 6 of us and fabulous that the A/C worked great. The two beds downstairs might need to be changed soon as they tended to drop you both into the middle but I would recommend this property.

Perfect Family House
Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The house is close enough to the SHARC that our three young kids could easily walk or bike there. The house is on a quiet loop, which was perfect for our kids to bike independently but still be within sight of the house. We grilled on the deck every night and had a great stay!

Great vacation home is a great location
We loved our stay in this home and Jennifer was a delight to deal with. The home was above average for Sun River in so many ways-- we would definitely return. We did have a minor issue with the master bedroom bed but am sure the owner, as conscientious as she is, will take care of it. Great experience!

This property is conveniently located next to SHARC. It’s also not far from the village. Very comfortable. We will rent again. Property owners are quick and easy to work with. We really liked that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The hot tub was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Comfort and Convenience
We thoroughly enjoyed our annual Sunriver stay at this rental home. The three master bedrooms were especially comfortable for all and the home was well equipped with everything needed to make meals in the kitchen and enjoy at the large dining table. The location was super convenient as it was across the street from SHARC and just a very short bike ride to the Village. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend 8 Puma Lane to others looking to accommodate a family!

Lovely Sunriver Rental Property
The property owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals. We especially liked that each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom. The location is perfect for easy access to the Village and the Sharc Center. Several light bulbs are not working in the home and so the entry stairway was very dark at night.

We really enjoyed the house layout and it’s location. Three suggested upgrades would improve future stays. Master bedroom could use better lighting. The area rug in the family room was a tripping hazard. And, we could not find a tire pump in the garage.

Excellent property!
This is a great house in an amazing location! Right across the street from the Sharc so we walked over, and super quick bike ride to the Village. Nice open floor plan upstairs and plenty of room in the three bedrooms. Awesome hot tub and deck as well. There were quite a few bikes available though not all in great condition so recommend using your own. The deck table and chairs needed some serious cleaning and seems like they hadn’t been used in months. It took us several wipe downs to get all the pollen and built up dust off to make them usable. The house was clean though and all around a great stay and we’d stay here again.

Mediocre at best
Stayed at this property on a road trip to Oregon as our final destination. First impression of the property was "ok". Owner let us check in 2 hours early after initially responding no. Upon arriving I messaged the owner to let her know the blinds in one of the bedrooms didn't work and she stated she would have her handyman come out. I also asked if she could have them look at the lighting because many lights were not working in the downstairs bedrooms. Handyman was never called. She suggested we throw a sheet over the window and figure out the light switches. After investigating a cord for a light hanging on the wall was not plugged in. When we pulled to plug in, the cord pulled away from the wall and water started spewing out of the wall. Needless to say staying up until after midnight working through this problem put quite a damper on our vacation. The owner refunded our full amount but regardless I would not stay at the property again even if it were free.
