Never allow your dog on ANY of the furniture (26 x 38 dog bed is provided), extra cleaning fees will be charged to launder and clean furniture

Beautiful pet friendly 1,975 sq. ft. vacation rental located in Southern Crossing neighborhood  in The Bluffs in Bend, Oregon.  This newly remodeled vacation rental  with air conditioning, vaulted ceilings and new wood floors throughout, offers accommodation to sleep 8 with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

King master suite is located on the upper level of the vacation home, with large walk in closet, an on-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower.  Queen guest suite #1 is located upstairs with an on suite full bathroom.  Queen guest suite #2 is located on the lower level of the vacation rental with third full bathroom located downstairs.  Queen guest suite #3 is located on the lower level with an armoire, sliding "barn" doors for complete privacy and private sliding door entrance to a private small patio with a cafe table and seating for two.

The fully equipped spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances, four burner gas range with griddle and a breakfast bar for two and seated dining for 8.  Relax after a long day on the mountain and cuddle up on the leather sofas in front of the cozy gas fireplace in the living room with a large flat screen LCD with cable tv and dvd player.

Fully fenced, pet friendly backyard is equipped with a hot tub and lush landscape. There is also a patio table and chairs for four and a gas barbeque grill making this a perfect place for your family and friends to gather and make memories together.

The house was great for our family get together. They had everything we needed and had some dog provisions too! It was a little puzzling to find because Google maps takes you to the garage.

Great place.
This is a very nice place to stay. Everything you need is provided. Has a gas fire place, (glass needs either replacing or cleaning). Quiet neighborhood close to everything. In fact you can walk to the old mill district. The jacuzzi is old and and does not seem to work properly. The letters on the control are rubbed off from use and old age. All but one jet put out much pressure.Outside of that love this place and would come back.

Cute townhouse in a good location. It was our first visit to Bend. Only complaints were that 1– the downstairs bedroom near the bathroom didn’t have an hvac vent that we could find and so the room was very hot. 2–the den “bedroom” had a door that didn’t afford much privacy as it was a hanging sliding door that was a smidge too small for the opening. 3–would like some more fans for bedrooms because the hvac was struggling to keep up with the 100 degree heat. Backyard was cute—would have used the hot tub but it was a heat wave while we were there. I am pretty sure this place is owned by a teacher. The hundreds of books tipped me off! (Takes one to know one, lol!)

First time to Bend, OR
This location was perfect for our stay in Bend. When we checked in they had left us gifts of local coffee and wine that was amazing! We loved that we could walk everywhere we needed. Also this location is near a perfect little nook to watch the sunset. My only wish would have been available bikes and paddle boards to use, however, they are available to rent nearby. We would stay here again!

Great location /cozy place to hunker down
We are family of five and had a great time while staying at this location. Kitchen was well stocked environment, cozy. There was a problem with the hot tub, not heating up and within eight hours. Somebody was out and fixed the issue which was great! Highly recommended.

Was a great location and tons of room! The attached garage was awesome with the rain and snow. The hot tub was a great relief after a day on the slopes. The location is awesome with walking trails, parks, and the old mill district steps away! House had all the needed cookware and some basics. Great location, clean, and perfect for a family of 6

Really kind of owners to make this beautiful, clean home dog friendly. Great location with many activities close. Helps to make wonderful family time together. Management company caring and very responsive. We came during a very cold week and upstairs can get very warm. Would recommend having a fan for bedrooms.

My family and I were looking for a place close to downtown and this location delivered. Having a yard space, hot tub, and garage to store a car and gear was great! Would recommend a smaller party than 5+ unless you don’t mind a squeeze, it was a tad smaller than we thought in the downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs bath was clogged upon arrival but we made do and could use the 2 other showers. All things we were fine with knowing we spent most of our time exploring the Bend area. I’d say the largest inconvenience was the next door neighbors who kept us up a few nights (between their dog barking throughout the night or loud music/talking). It may have just been renters, but we ended up speaking with them so they knew we could hear everything and unfortunately it didn’t help much our final night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay in Bend!

Awesome Location
There’s a staircase half a block away that takes you right down into the old mill district. The location of this house is perfect for doing all things Bend. Also, if there’s a show at the amphitheater, you can hear it clearly. We had front row seats to Chris Stapleton sitting in the hot tub. Exceptionally clean & well appointed. Would have appreciated extra bath towels for our 4 day stay. The tag line advertised “Walk to DT” which i suppose you COULD do but it is not that close. You can, however, access the river trail within a 5-10 minute walk. Will definitely recommend this property to friends.

The house was great. Lots of room. Plenty of games and movies to choose. This was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had. There were lots of towels too. In addition rental management was helpful, prompt and always pleasant.❤️❤️❤️
