Everyone deserves a great getaway from time to time. When you're looking forward to a Sunriver adventure complete with added luxury and proximity to fun, a stay at 14 Mt Hood Ln. is bound to be the highlight of your journey. This two-level home is designed to include 3 beds and 2 baths, plus a loft upstairs. Natural cedar walls in much of the house for a great lodge feeling. Large stone fireplace in the living room. Close to Fort Rock Park, SHARC and Tennis Hill.

Large gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, gorgeous wood floors and stainless steel appliances. Formal dining room with large table for family gatherings. Home is light and bright and loaded with pine accents w/ dramatic vaulted ceilings. The home has a master suite with a king bed, a queen bedroom and a twin bunk bedroom. The loft upstairs is a nice hangout spot and comes with a queen bed, a couch, a desk and a TV. Large garage with seating area and room for your snow boards and skis. Bring your fur babies to this home away from home! 2 dogs welcome! Meander down to SHARC aquatic center or ride the extensive bike trails. This home comes with 8 SHARC passes. Air conditioner and heat.

Great home!
Overall loved this home! The only thing we noticed was the main coffee pot on the counter was VERY gross on the inside. Luckily they had a backup in the cupboard. We let staff know and they quickly responded that they’d let cleaning staff know. I’d stay here again!

Great stay and location!
We had a wonderful stay. The house needs a little updating but all the beds/rooms accommodated our group of 7 well. The location is nice because it's further out from the village so feels very remote, but also so close to everything!

This property was great for my family of 3 plus our pup. It was big enough to have a whole another family if you wanted with out feeling tight. Everything is nice and it appears that they are doing upgrades around the house to keep it that way.

Great place to stay
We had a great time in this house. We had more than enough room for the family. We saw deer in the back yard while we grilled. It was walking distance to the park, and about a mile from SHARC. The host were very communicative and helpful.

Great house and perfect for what we needed. The only issue was the wifi network could not be found so we couldn’t use it during the stay. May want to look into it.

SunRiver Mt Hood Lane
Was a nice place but no bikes were here even though mentioned on instructions.The decks need some updating and closets organized. Was clean and comfortable but things looked jammed in closets (blankets etc). We did enjoy the house overall. Was comfortable and a good location.

Exactly as described
I was there for a conference at the lodge. Very convenient. Chose it because it was dog friendly. Much more space than the 2 of us needed. Kind of off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. We only saw some deer. Kitchen was nicely equipped. Staff were very helpful when I had a question. We would stay there again.

This place has a good separation of space. The bedrooms all offer privacy and the master is very cozy with a comfortable bed, the upstairs loft with TV was great for the kids to have their own space. The unit was nicely furnished with everything you need. The BBQ grill outside never quite got hot enough for my preference, and I would suggest not using the older white coffee maker as the basket falls out spilling coffee grinds everywhere. Comfy beds, lots of smart TV's, and great furnishings. Arrived was easy to work with, no issues :)

Terrific Ski Vacation home
This home was wonderful. Everything felt new, super (SUPER) clean. Plenty of towels, paper products, kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cleaning supplies, basic spices etc. Oven/stove had a cool warming rack over the range - I want this in MY home! Beds were comfy, linens good quality, furniture comfortable. The location is lovely. Our stay was in Feb - everything snow covered and gorgeous. It is only a 10 min drive to the Sunriver shops. 25 min up to Mt Bachelor. This was a terrific home for a week long ski vacay. We would love to return. OH-and the management company -Arrived- was fantastic! Easy to contact, prompt in response and very helpful. Thank you for a great Vacation Home Rental.

Beautiful house
Needs new carpet/deep cleaned quite a few old stains most likely pet related since it’s a pet friendly home. The front and back decks are in need of repair and new stain, lots of rotted boards and areas to get splinters. The universal remote was not working so we were limited on what we could watch with our kiddo. We had to use the tiny buttons on the side to log into tv apps and control everything which sucked. It’s on a nice quiet loop our daughter loved riding her scooter all around the loop. The AC worked great, the layout was perfect. Over all we had a great stay but the property is definitely in need of more upkeep/repairs for safety on the deck.

Great location, needs some updates
The location of the property is great. Overall clean when we arrived. However the carpet in the hallway was so worn down that the tack strip was showing and my kids repeatedly stepped on it. We covered it with the welcome mat. Kitchen is well stocked in random appliances but missing things like lids for the pots and pans and a spatula. I appreciated having both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Mattresses were comfortable but beds were SO LOUD. Every time you breathed the bed-frames creaked. The deck is great, but property management failed to clean it before check in so we spent an hour wiping pollen off furniture in order to use it. The pollen was so thick on the deck it made it slippery and unsafe for the kids. Our biggest issue was the internet- it was terrible. Worked okay in the kitchen but you get zero wifi signal in any of the bedrooms. This was a huge inconvenience for us. Overall the property worked fine for our visit but property management should do some repairs and updates to make it more enjoyable for future guests. We would stay here again for the location alone, but know it’s not the most maintained rental.

Nags Head Condo
I spent four nights at this Nags Head condo. Location is excellent. Communication with the host was excellent. A nice feature of the condo is that the top floor provides a view of the berm that blocks views from lower levels. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay
The property was great and we enjoyed our stay. The stairs are a little steep which made us nervous with the three year olds. We saw deer a few times each day which was really neat.
