If you hike, fish, snowmobile, sled, ski, snowboard, boat, snowshoe, you cannot find a more ideal base camp. When you return, you will bask in the creature comforts of a beautiful home with large deck and river views.

As far away as you feel, when the need arises, you can be in the heart of Sunriver in 5 minutes. Sunriver has championship golf courses, tennis courts, 30 miles of paved bicycle paths, two large swimming pools, riding stables, white-water rafting, canoeing, fishing in the famous Deschutes River, and so much more!

Mt Bachelor is a short 20-minute trek, and numerous sno-parks closer still. Continue on the by-way and take in the chain of Cascade Lakes.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Maximum Occupancy: 8 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.

Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
